Use Caution! I've gone to these guys a couple times, and if I go in for one thing, they always seem to find a way to ask for more money for something I didn't ask for in the first place. Once, I went in to just get my tires rotated, and not even fully rotated, I just needed the front and back tires switched, but it ended up costing an extra $22 because they said they had to use a new lug. This new lug nut turned out to be old and rusted and a quoted $15 job cost me $40.

I went in to get a squealing noise fixed and get my tires rotated. He rotated my tires, and replaced my intake filter, which I didn't ask for. He then proceeded to tell me that there wasn't any fix to the squeal, and I just had to live with it. I drove it home, squealing all the way, did an hour of research with no car experience whatsoever and found out exactly what the problem was. He told me that my AC belt looked fine, but upon my own inspection, I found it to be WAY too loose. A few YouTube tutorials later, I fixed the problem myself. Now, my car smells like cigarette smoke. TLDR; You're better off taking it somewhere else, or fixing it yourself without any experience.

They're not bad, if you're desperate. Prices are relatively cheap for the area and they're flexible, but on more than one occasion they've either damaged my car or forgot to refill it with oil during an oil change.

Update from my post a year ago. Again no issue with Ted's, they always fix the issue 100%, never had to go back to have there work redone. Ted and his crew are very nice, won't bring my car anywhere else!

Ted's the best. He's towed me out of some awful situations and was really nice about it. I finally had him fix my car: up & lower tie rods, 2 new tires balanced mounted and alignment. Didn't take all that long considering he had to drive miles and miles to get my tires so I didn't have to come back. This was the first time he ever said "you know, you really are a bother".

Took my car in to have the brakes done and a couple of days later it started making a clicking/clunking noise every time I pressed on the brakes. Took it back to them, they said they fixed it and charged me for "fixing it". A few days go by and it starts making the noise again so I call back, they are closed for a week. I ended up taking my car to a different shop where they basically had to redo the entire brake job and cost me an additional almost $400. Save yourself some costs in labor and just take your car somewhere else!!
