I called Jesus this morning because my rear brakes needed to be replaced. He was at my house within an hour and had them fixed within the hour. He is super transparent with pricing and the work that he does. He even sent me screenshots of the parts he purchased. He also asked me to go along with him for a test drive to check the work done. He also fixed other things on my car without me even having to ask. Between the efficiency, transparency, and convenience, this was truly an amazing experience. I will exclusively use J&J for all my auto needs going forward.

I will recommend him to everybody I know. I was in a serious bind. My car died and I tested all the basic troubleshooting I knew. He was there in about 20 minutes when I called. He plugged in his computer and we the issue came up. Repaired that part and another code popped up. We replaced that part. They were both defective. Not to mention it was freezing outside 20 degrees. He clearly explained me what his diagnosis was and why. He is priced right. He isn't a price gouged like most garages are. God Bless my new friend. You are a gift to your profession.

Called earlier today (on a Sunday), and not too long after I left a message, I got a text back. Jesus told me that he would fix the problem (needed new brake pads and rotors) today, 100%, which he did. Did he take a while to get to me, sure, but he got the job done and showed me all the parts and costs and was very up front about everything. I see some negative reviews, and can’t speak to those experiences, but Jesus got me taken care of and has earned this review. Thanks for helping me out!

We called them out for a diagnosis and within the hour he arrived, told us the price was $175 but then we'd at least know what was wrong with the car. Unfortunately after about an hour of trying to get our car to start he still could not and wasn't sure what the problem was and told us he'd be back in the morning to check a few more things. He seemed honest and reliable and really played the part so thought for sure he'd be back, right? Well he skipped on us entirely. Took our money, of course, but didn't follow through on the diagnostic and stopped answering our calls and texts. What really got me is before this we hired a different "mechanic" to fix the same thing and he charged us for something that didn't need to be fixed, and J&J

Young Hispanic guy.. arrived quickly. I had a car leak. Paid $100 and 7 hours later, I still have a leak. I don’t know you guys. I was polite. I text him 7 hours later and there was no response. Here’s your honest review Jesus. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman but taking advantage of people is unethical.

I'm not sure what the scam is here, why bother having a conversation with someone and lining up a job only to bail? I was stuck 9 hours from home and he said he would help me get back on the road first thing in the morning. Then he completely ghosted me. I ended up Ubering around time for supplies and doing it myself.

Spoke on the phone after our starter on the truck went out and we were stranded, mentioned he was grabbing tools and on the way, just text him the address. We waited for almost an hour and after several texts and calls with no response, realized we were ghosted. It seems several other people on these reviews have this issue. Really unfortunate.

My wife and I arrived to GR on a Thursday for a concert. We parked our Monte Carlo SS FWD tail out in a tight parking structure. When I went to move it, the car would not go into gear! Given the tight parking and FWD, we were worried about how we could possibly tow it. I called Jesus on Friday at 7 am. He was there by 8. Assessed the situation (faulty bushing on the shift cable), put a temporary fix in place and had the proper part ordered for deliver that evening. Sat morning he came back, swapped the part and had us back on the road. Great service, very responsive and reasonably priced. The road side assistance was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

I arrived to the Grand Rapids area from out of town, my car barely made it into a parking garage. It was 5pm & I knew not many places would be open. Frantic, & without any car knowledge I started googling & Jesus came up. I called him & he was at the parking garage within a half hour. An hour later my car was completely fixed & I was able to make it to my destination. Would highly recommend. Great communication, fast service, very fair price. Jesus came out for two days in the freezing rain and snow to replace my very inconveniently placed water pump and serpentine belt after it blew. My car is my livelihood and he treated it as such for an extremely fair price. I will most definitely be reaching out to him for future maintenance and repairs. Also showed me my old pump and the play on it that was making the mystery noise I was hearing for about two weeks before it failed which was educational and nice. I called on a Friday two days after Christmas and he came in twenty minutes- assessed it and it was done by Sunday afternoon. Extremely grateful is an understatement 🙏

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called Fri night for emergency repairs on a Sat before going on a trip on Sunday. He told me to text him year, make, and model of my car and my address and he'd book me. Received no confirmation and got no response to my 3 phone calls, 1 voicemail, and 4 texts. I see from reviews that some people get lucky with great service. Guess it's a crap shoot. No thanks. We're having to scramble to figure out what we'll do for our trip.

Not only did he assess my car issue and replace my battery, but even took the time to show me how some things worked with my car. He was transparent when helping me choose a new battery and overall just a really great experience!

Had to get rid of my 2014 Honda CRV today due to a incompetent mobile mechanic who somehow managed to bend the motor mount, strip multiple spots/bolts/studs on the body, and other damages that made it not worth to fix. I had him come out to change out a serpentine belt and he ended up totaling my car due to the damages he did. He was not able to change it out and wrecked my car. Was at my house for 2 hours for a belt. This happened on friday and I had to have it towed to Serra Honda in Grandville, they were able to see the fresh damage he did and found bolts that were just laying there inside the hood where he was doing the work. I do not recommend J & J mobile mechanic to anyone and want to warn others of him. He's ghosting me now and won't answer anything I send and won't answer my calls.

I was stranded in Wayland at J&H family stores with a flat tire didn’t have a spare this was around 3am by 6:30am had a replacement tire by this amazing company they texted me letting me know as they were arriving they put the tire on and were very professional I would give them more than 5 stars plus there prices are unbeatable highly recommend
