They aight but they swapped my valve covers on my tires like I wouldn't notice, typical mechanic ignorance to think just because I don't wanna waste time or money buy the tools to do so because money is tight that I don't work on my car aswell I notice when things are different, also good luck calling them you need an access code like their some major company lmao

Picked a large nail up in my rear driver side tire and was losing air fast. So i Quickly used Google and found Phoenix was closest. I pulled on in, told them my issue and was next in line. $20 and 7 minutes later I was back on the road. THANX PHOENIX!

I stopped by after doing my own brakes and rotors this weekend. Tire came a bit loose because I didn't have a torque wrench. These guys quickly got the tire diagnosed within 15 minutes and were super friendly. Any other mechanic I've gone to in the past would have used that as an opportunity to say it was the rotor and make an extra buck. These guys diagnosed the actual problem, didn't try and fix something that wasn't wrong, and got it diagnosed + resolved within 30 minutes of me showing up despite them having a few other customers. Great business, high integrity, and took the time to actually test drive the vehicle and go the extra mile.

After reading these reviews I’m glad I decided not to do business with this place. Long gone are the days when it was a reputable business when the old owners were still there. I pulled in, they stood there for like 3 minutes before walking over to me. The language barrier was difficult to navigate thru until I asked the price of a new tire. All I wanted to do was to have a tire I already had to use it until I get a new one but they refused, No big deal I left went down the road and they put it on for me. I will NOT EVER do business with them.

Horrible experience. Before I went to buy my tires I called and the lady on the phone said $120 for two. When I got there the guy tried to charge me $140! I bought the two tires from there last week and today I came outside and my tire was flat. I took my vehicle back to them for them to take a look, they tried to charge me $50 to plug two nails!!! Then the guy proceeded to tell me it’s $21 per nail which only equal $42! Then when I asked could they just put some air in it for the mean time they proceeded to tell me “we don’t have any air.” Customer service absolutely horrible and they tried to pull a fast one on me. As a black women I would never spend my hard earned money with them ever again.
