One of my tires had a problem ( bulge on side, possibly due to a pot hole??) and needed to be replaced. Liz quickly looked up the warranty info on the tires and ordered the tire. She fitted me in to replace it, even though it was a busy day. Now I feel that can safely drive again without being afraid my tire is going to blow out.

This auto mechanic place is honest and reliable, which as someone who is not well informed about cars, really appreciates. I brought my car in twice so far in the last year to get routine maintenance and was satisfied. Their location is a bit out there and the staff prefers that customers do not to wait in the lobby, which feels unwelcoming.

At least the front desk staff are pleasant enough, otherwise I'd give zero stars. I was instructed to bring my work fleet vehicle here for maintenance. After two visits for the same issue (still not resolved), I would NEVER bring my personal vehicle here. My first experience was for an oil change and for them to check the brakes which I felt were vibrating. I made an appointment for 8am and dropped the car off. I called around 1:30pm and was told they hadn't even pulled the vehicle into the garage yet. They told me the delay was due to staffing, which I guess I can sort of understand (but then why give me the appointment?). At 4:30pm I got a call that the oil change was done (8 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment), but that the car needed new brakes, but they couldn't get to it that day because the shop closed at 5pm. Because this was a safety issue with the vehicle, I booked the next available appointment, which wasn't until a few weeks later. The day of the second appointment, I dropped off the car again at 8am. By 2:30pm, I hadn't heard anything, so again I called for an update. This time, I was told they hadn't gotten the brake pads yet, but that my car would for sure be done by the end of the day. I went back to the shop at 4:30pm and the gentleman at the desk said they still hadn't gotten the pads in. Again, I was told there were staffing issues. Perhaps I expected too much, but I would have thought that when I made the appointment, they would have ordered the brake pads so they were available to be installed. Because I'm operating a fleet vehicle, I now have to take the car back to this shop a third time, to have the work done for which I initially took it in weeks ago. Until then, I guess I'll be driving around (carefully) on very worn brakes.

I had a really great experience having my AC/heat repaired and new tires put on. They were honest and the price was fair, total matched the estimate even though they did some additional labor, and it was done on time and correctly. What more could you want? I highly recommend. My husband and I needed our cars inspected and they were accommodating of our busy schedules. They let us drop our cars off the night before and pick up after hours (paying over the phone). This is very helpful with our hectic work schedules. My husband is able to do a lot of maintenance on our vehicles and his car needed a little work to pass inspection. They looked it over and then told us what all needed done so that we could discuss what we were able to do and what we wanted them to do for us. Their prices are fair and reflect the level of work and professionalism we received. My only complaint (which is not on them at all) is that the overnight staff where our keys were left (not a part of this business) gave my husband a hard time picking up his car because it was my name on the slip, not his. Even though the car is titled to him. He just had to show proof and they released the car. But it was an inconvenience that I will avoid by stressing to them which name to put it under.
