Took van because it was rounning rough after a throttle body change. Asked for them to relearn the throttle body and do a few other thungs. Was told it was running rough with the lightning bolt flashing was due to a bad torque converter. Spent over $500 and van was running exactly same way befire took it in. Took it to a different shop and they diagnosed the throttle body that was previously installed was defective. Installed new one and relearned it and now running great. Will not returnn to Morris.

Might want to teach your guys what a torque wrench is. Went in for warranty work. I got the vehicle home and wanted to change out some lugnuts that were about to be bad only to find out they were rammed on with just an impact. In all my years of working with vehicles you always double check with a torque wrench. Just glad I caught this before my rotors had a chance to warp.

Great people and great quality work for a very reasonable price. Took my car here after Ramsey Subaru misdiagnosed power issue. Jeff and Co replaced alternator for $200 cheaper than price Ramsey would have (assuming they would have even figured out problem on second attempt). Highly recommend.

On my way home from the State Fair my car alerted me that the engine was overheating. I pulled into a gas station and called to have AAA tow my car. I live in Texas so my husband did some quick research and found Morris Automotive was close by and had a good rating. He called them and they let us know they could get it in and to have it dropped at a specific bay. We had AAA tow it to the shop. My step-mom picked me up and we drove over to the shop. We were about ten minutes behind the tow truck so when I arrived I was shocked to not see my car sitting outside. I went inside and the gentleman came up front. He let me know they already had it in, and up and were checking it out for me. It was nearly 5pm and I was impressed. I let them know that I was planning to head back to Texas as soon as possible. He said they would do their best to get me on the road the next day. The next day they let me know it was an issue with my water pump and they repaired it, tested it and had it ready to go by 2pm. I was back on the road driving to Texas by 2:30pm. They also texted me the next day to make sure everything was okay with my car and that my travels had been safe. They were extremely professional and did great work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I stopped in this morning due to another mechanic canceling last minute on me and only 1 day off to get this done, I needed a gasket changed that blew for my y pipe piece that I just recently had done, the 2 gentleman at the front desk agreed to get me in really quick! I had the gasket for them which made it easier, but these guys moved my car in and had me out in 10-15 minutes! Had a 2018 sonic worked on here yesterday (8/25/2025) - the housing for the side of the motor cracked and it was spewing antifreeze everywhere.
