I love Morrison's. I brought my car in a few days ago because of low tire pressure. I didn't have an apt, but needed things checked before a road trip the next day. Even though they were booked solid they fit me in and repaired the tire, and only charged me for labor. These are the best people!

Morrison's auto-rite is a very pleasant place to have your car looked after not once did the gentleman that I dealt with made me feel like I was not informed on what was wrong with my car and the cost was never over the top. Wouldn't go anywhere else...recommend them strongly all three cars in my house are serviced by Morrison's

These people are pathetic. Small egos. Overpriced work. Stick their noses in things that aren't their business. There's no shortage of great car shops in the area that will treat you with respect and not swindle you. Skip this one.

I bought new tires for my Explorer. It was about the same price as the Ford dealership, but the tires I selected were much nicer than I would have gotten at the dealer. I was walked through different options, my online research was confirmed and they gave me some personal opinions to help with the decision. Scheduling was a breeze. I got a call to check on my arrival. The work was done on time. everyone was nice and I got a delicious cookie 🍪 at check out. It is abundantly clear why all my neighbors said to go to Morrison’s.

As a person who has had many different services done on his car since moving to Boston, Morrison's so far has been the place I go to when I want a job done for a fair price and while unfortunately the prices happened to be for things like coilover and mcphearson strut replacements, as well as coil pack and plugs they were still nowhere near as high as dealership. I heard a bit of noise after a recent suspension maintenance done there, and they had it on a lift the next business day after finding that one of the replacements was defective- and replaced it no charge. It does actually feel like I'm walking through the process of the repair with them and not trying to poke holes in a shady story about an unexpectedly large bill with every visit. Highly recommend.

Great place I’m just confused as why they are open bank hours, Monday - Friday so what happens to those that work mon-Friday ? What happens to those who have an emergency. I don’t see the point of being open like you’re a bank if you’re an auto mechanic shop. It’s more inconvenient for your customers. I have to take time off work instead of getting fixed on the weekend. Super inconvenient and frustrating Now you get a 1 star. I waited the whole weekend took my day off work to spend almost $1,000 for you to not check my fluids and my car overheat.

My check engine light and AWD disabled indicators lite my my dashboard on a recent Thursday morning. I called Morrison’s and asked if it were possible to drop it off Friday. They ask yes but with the caveat they might not get it done until Monday. I’ve used them for years and appreciate how honest and upfront they always are! Bottom line: fuel pump needed to be replaced and they had it done by 2:30 Friday! This is such a great shop! They are the best! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
