Don’t take your vehicle here unless you enjoy wasting your time. This service department clearly could not care less. Every single visit, it’s the same tired line: “We’re too busy.” They’ll tell you to bring your car on a specific day, you rearrange your whole morning, show up late to work, and then — shocker — they suddenly “don’t know” when they’ll even look at it. A week? More? Who knows. So why bother telling me to come in today if you had zero intention of touching it? There’s absolutely no guidance, no communication, and definitely no urgency. They give you a deadline to get things fixed, then conveniently push you out past that deadline so they don’t have to lift a finger. For three weeks straight it’s been nothing but excuses: no parts, no workers, come back later, maybe next week… it never ends. They keep pushing things back like it’s a sport. At this point I’d rather take my car literally anywhere else. This place has been nothing but a headache, and it’s obvious they have no interest in actually helping customers or getting anything done in a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone was courteous and polite, and the lounge was very nice and comfortable. I feel that the recall work was completed in a timely manner and the staff handled themselves professionally. However, I walked out and looked at the new trucks while waiting and I was surprised that no one came out to see if I was interested in buying one. Overall it was a good experience.

I had a leak in my 2025 GMC transfer case rear output seal, under warranty. The good: they had the part in stock and replaced it the same day 👍🏻 👍🏻 The bad: Moses took 3.5 wks to get to my truck. Also, I can understand the need to test drive a vehicle once fixed to see if all is well, but that should be only 5+/- miles. Moses put a full 35 miles on my truck when they had it, which is total BS. My truck was not there so that you could drive it across town to lunch/run errands, etc. It was great that they fixed the problem same day, which was surprising, but the 35 additional miles on my truck was taking advantage of a customer.

When I arrived (after notifying I would take the car) the paperwork was in order , the car was upfront, beautifully detailed and all ready to drive. Katrina, my salesperson was lovely. My husband called Moses Automall and talked to Jonathan about my Jeep. We didn’t want to make the drive if it had sold. Was the first time I had been back in service since the remodel. The people were profesional, nice, and they did a fine job on my oil change with multipoint inspection. I thought it took a bit longer than it should with the car being back just over an hour, but that is my only complaint. Ill be bsck if I ever need something that I cannot do as I typical do my own oil changes. I could not do so myself as the crappy weather we had in the weeks prior prevented me from doing so.
