I came to Motorworld to see a BMW Z3, which I ended up purchasing. At first, I was confused about certain aspects of the car; Julio worked with me and answered my questions, clearing up my confusion. I came to drive the car a second time and Julio was equally helpful and generous. The purchase process (which I usually detest with a fiery passion) was smooth and effortless thanks to Julio and Abe. Car didn’t last 3 months or 4,000 miles. Edit: 1 year later - put less then 10k miles on car. It’s been in a shop more than in my possession. Be wary of this company. (Rumor is they pay people cash to leave 5 stars) check yelp. Do not let them hustle you like they did me a day before my honeymoon. I’m at about 7k in repairs (evap canister, starter, massive oil leak, coolant leak, bad water pump) and about $2k from work plus car rentals, etc. luckily for me I kept invoices, screen shots, time spent off of work, it was a gross misrepresentation of the vehicle, & downright fraudulent.. 4 attempts to contact your business; I’ve been hung up on, no email response either. Only one snarky comment about the warranty never offered (I had a witness next to me for everything and got a 2nd opinion from a certified mechanic).My lawyer is taking this case pro bono. DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT! I’ll see you in court with my witness, attorney and my certified mechanic who owns his own shop and does inspections. Grand slam case. See you in court Tarek, you can duck and dodge all u want but after reading your responses to dissatisfied customers, you need a reality check and I’m on LOA and have the time to put your dirty falsehoods in court. I look forward to it. By prolonging this, the cost keeps going up because it’s all tied to your paperwork, and alll my saved invoices and testimonials from real professionals. Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Motorworld. Service at the dealership was top notch. Started my hour drive home. I got off the interstate and stopped at a red light. The Jeep had lifter noise. So right after buying the jeep all lifters and rockers and one cam was replaced under the aftermarket warranty I paid for. I got the jeep back from the garage. I called the sales manager to discuss the warranty I payed for being exhausted on issues that should of been fixed before sold. He was not willing to make it right. I did get the jeep back from the garage and it has more internal engine issues. So in a nutshell it's going to need an engine in the near future and my warranty is pretty much exhausted. Dropped in to sell my truck to Motor World with no intention to buy. That never works right? I looked over the cars on their lot as I would need one to replace the truck I was potentially selling. I found a couple I liked and looked them over while they were inspecting mine. They’ve made me an outright offer for my truck without me having decided to buy one from them. Absolutely no pressure either way. I have to say it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had and I’ve had a few. About 20 if memory serves. I was able to test drive each one and ask questions and still, no pressure from anyone. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking. Cars were clean and many with low miles. My sales rep, Julio was great! Kept me informed on everything and even went the extra mile to send me pics as the car was being detailed and made ready.★★★★★ 4 years ago

My son needed a car, he put his eyes on this beautiful Acura, so we went to Motor World in Frederick. Called ahead and made an appointment, when we arrived the car was in the main spot of the lot waiting for us for a test drive. We drove it and Julio invited us to his office. He was kind, knowledgeable, up front and understanding of our less than ideal financial situation. We talked about lots of things and all the time we felt treated as people not just “a source of a commission”. Then we met Erin, the Financing Manager, a very nice and kind young lady. She helped us to navigate the best deal under our circumstances. She offered her assistance at all times, again treating us like people. We are very thankful that we traveled 65 miles to find a Dealership that has a tremendous group of people to make their customers feel welcomed and appreciated. I don’t know when we will another car but we do know where to go to find a quality car at a reasonable price with a customer service above and beyond the standards for the business. I traded my Mazda6 for a CX-5 on 11/6. Car drove great, had some issues with the alternator this past week. When I bought it, I guess I should’ve checked everything. The back windows go up/down super slow, the heat doesn’t blow well on the drivers side, and the speakers were blown (had a baby in the car so didn’t check). Also still waiting for my driver seat to be repaired as it was written in the contract. Abe was great, but had to leave early so our process was pretty rushed. I brought the radio to his attention and he told me I must’ve blown it from loud music, therefore it’s not his problem which was not true at all. He did say he’d look at the heat, but I believe it’s pointless for me to drive there again if there was no guarantee he’d help with the issue. Still love the car, but would rather everything work with the asking price it was listed for.★★★☆☆ a year ago

When I bought this car the dealership neglected to recognize the clutch was going and that the car was severely driven and was on it’s last leg. They had to of known that being a car dealership and being people who know a lot about manual vehicles.I had the car for a WEEK and was forced to put it on the shoulder of my driveway, unable to drive due to wear on the clutch that I couldn’t have possibly put on the car in a WEEKS time. This was not covered under the warranty and they refuse to pay the cost to replace it which is $1,400. Along with needing the drive shaft repaired in total cost I already spent over $3,000 to fix those two things. THAT WERE NOT MY FAULT FOR FAILING. only to get the car back and then a month from there start experiencing more issues, forcing me to put the car on the shoulder of the road for another month and a half. The cars engine locked up while I was driving and they told me there wasn’t a drop of oil on the dipstick which tells me that these people knew they sold me a vehicle that could not hold up, seeing as it wasn’t but 15 miles overdue for an oil change. No cars engine should/would lock up after 15 miles over the mile it’s due. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of honesty and willingness to work this situation out or to at least pay for the issues at hand. I will NOT be recommending these people to anyone I know and I will make sure that everyone I do know knows just how awful of a reputation these people should have. I work in Frederick with a lot of the public, I will make sure no one in the area looking for a car, looks to these fools for help. I hope I never have to deal with two timing selfish money hungry people EVER again. I honestly wish this place the worst. I will also make sure I make as many negative reviews as I need to, to ensure this business does not continue to screw people over.★☆☆☆☆ Edited 4 years ago

I was the first customer on a Saturday morning coming to test drive a Mazda 6 that they had. Travis worked with me. He was highly personable and knowledgable about cars. I was able to take the car on my own for about 30minutes. There was hassle getting and returning the car. Travis did not pressure me to a sale once I told him it wasn't the right car for me. My experience with motor world was nothing short of excellent! From the inquiry from the salesman julio on my trade in, he was professional and very knowledgeable. They had the vehicle I wanted for a great price, and were very honest and fair on the trade value for my truck. We got the deal written up and agreed on after I test drove the vehicle and came to an agreement on the deal. Julio made the experience very relaxed and smooth. The manager Abe was awesome as well. There was never pressure to buy, it was only what I wanted to do which is so nice when car shopping. Abe made the paperwork a breeze and keep great conversation while we waited. I drove 11 hours one way to purchase a vehicle from Motorworld. My sales person Julio was responsive and helpful from the very beginning. His customer service and professionalism was the deciding factor on me making the drive. The car is a beauty. I’m a Mercedes girl anyway, but it was the red interior and pano roof for me 😊! And it was definitely listed at a fair price. Erin in finance was also excellent. Although I had financing with my bank, she was able to get me a better rate and also provided me with an excellent warranty plan. Quick and efficient. My easiest car buying experience by far! We drove 7 hours round trip to purchase this beauty for our son. Travis was our sales guy and he was amazing. Definitely a friend made for life. Erin who works in finance was awesome. I had told her we had to drive 3.5 hours down and 3.5 hours back home with them calling for weather so we would like to get in and get back on the road as soon as possible. She told me she would get us in and out and that's exactly what she did. Simple and easy. Just like one of the other reviews said, This was also our first time buying from a small dealership like this, but after dealing with the Motorworld team I will check them out again when I start looking for my new ride. I bought a car here, from Abe, back in June of 2024. I have put approximately 30k miles to date, November 2024. I have abused it to smithereens working as a detective traveling all over the place and chasing people. Yet, the car hasn't failed me once. I have made sure to follow all maintenance schedules and even doing pre-maintenance, but the car was already in a great condition. The only bad thing was the detailing was done very poorly. I waited extra for the car to be done the day I went to pick it up and it didn't look like it was detailed really, but that's ok. That was done by another business and also, I'm buying a used vehicle for a budget price, I'm not expecting to be treated to champagne and cigars. The important point is that the car was clean, looking good, and in great mechanical shape. Abe was upfront about everything, like the high amount of previous owners (due to fleet and other stuff) as well as other details. Abe assisted me personally with getting a great loan just one month after my bankruptcy discharge. He also explained the warranty and all other options they had. HE WASN'T PUSHY, just informative. Abe was very polite, replied quickly, and was clear with his answers. It took me longer to drive from my house to the dealership than for him to get me the car, loan, test drive the car, and then finish the purchase. It was a breeze. I was out of there so quick that I felt like I stole the thing. So yeah, Abe was great, the vehicle selection was great and everything was just amazing. I'm actually looking to buy another vehicle now for a side business and I will be contacting Abe for it. Thanks Motorworld, and THANKS ABE! PS. All other dealers my wife and I went to, they always ignored my wife. Abe though, he introduced himself to her as well, greeted her, and explain everything TO BOTH OF US, like it should be. It is just a beautiful car on so many levels, I must say, and they really kept it nice while in their possession, and before handing it off to me. I would certainly recommend their services to other customers and even my friends if looking to buy something trendy with ease and confidence. They were Very genuine and helpful in sending the car home with me in every step of the way of the transaction, and the experience was just of astounding quality to shorten it up. They provided me with everything that I would need to have a piece of mind in doing business with them and more importantly I didn’t get any bad vibes any step of the way. They were very honest in all my inquiries, and had any legitimate backing to what was advertised such as carfacs reports, inspection certificates and information about any recalls on hand without delay. I can see that they are very passionate about the idea getting their customers in a ride that they will love and under an experience that will be unforgettable. Give them a try, if you like some thing in their inventory which is also very impressive for a small business. The inventory and presentation is very clean and otherwise appealing compared to others of the competition and I can most importantly wrap up with saying they will go any extra mile to make your experience a great one. Earlier this year (2025) , we purchased a used 2016 Audi Q5 2.0L . We got a great deal and car was in fantastic shape. After buying the car and driving abt 40 miles the "engine light" came on. It turns out there was an issue with the fuel delivery system. We brought the car back and had some parts replaced. After a few days the problem came back. With my limited knowledge, I tried to resolve the issue without success along with . At this point, the car was past the 30 day warrantee. Motor World was very supportive and still fixed the issue once a for all. This may seem like a standard practice for used car sale purchase, it is not. It is most common for a used car lot to tell you to fly a kite if after the 30 days. Thank you Tarek and the Motor World team for the great support. I recently purchased a 2016 BMW and so far, the experience has been excellent. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They gave me space to explore the vehicle options while also being available to answer any questions. The buying process was smooth and transparent. I appreciated how clearly Tarek explained the pricing, financing options. There were no surprise fees, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. I was offered an extended warranty that was optional but the car I purchased I thought it would be best to get the warranty that only changed my monthly payment by a few dollars.
