I came to your store this morning on August 22, 2025 for a oil change and am employee by the name of Josh helped me out. Josh did an outstanding job helping me and went out of his way to give me 100% plus service on a couple of things that came up in question. I was so happy with the outcome that Josh provided for me. I'm a Senior older lady and some people take advantage of seniors, but not Josh he was truthful out front and concern about my safety. I'm so happy I stopped by at MountainView and because the experience i went through with Josh I will continue being a customer and will tell my family how MountainView take care of their customers.

Husband and I were traveling for work from LA to SLO when we got a flat. We googled many tire shops and they all opened at 0800 or couldn’t take us without an appointment. Lucky for us we came across Mountain View tires and they opened at 0730 AND they had a deal going where you bought 3 tires and got the fourth free so that being said, it was a no brainer and we immediately took the deal. Josh and his team were fast, knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out within 1 1/2 hour. 100/10 I recommend

Car died in a parking lot and we had to chose a place for the tow. Mountain View allowed us to have the car towed there and worked with us while we got the money together to get the repair done. Towed on a Tuesday, they fixed it Wednesday, we picked it up Thursday with no issues! Pricing was more than fair, the communication and service was above and beyond. We won’t take our car to any other place. Jason, Andy, and the crew were awesome. Highly recommend!

I had an experience that at first wasn’t the best. I had an appointment for mid afternoon and upon arrival I was told that there’s a good chance they won’t even be able to work on my vehicle that day due to lack of technicians. I was a little upset taking time off work to get this done and reluctantly rescheduled for the next day. I was able to bring the car in and drop it off at 8am even though my appointment wasn’t until 3:30pm. The manager, Josh, was very accommodating, clear in communication and had my vehicle taken care of before noon. No issues and they even went above and beyond fixing a small tire leak that I was unaware of.

Terrible experience went in for a wheel alignment and after leaving my engine light came on due to the technician, leaving a hose under the hood disconnected and also it was a sloppy job. Some brake fluid strips were left under hood. Will not return or recommend.

Came in for a tire puncture and the Manager Joshua showed me 2 tires were excessively worn so he recommended replacing. Since I only drive a about 5,000 miles a year he did not try to sell me a high mileage tire but a lower mileage one at a great price. Even though he was swamped with customers he made sure I got a great outcome.

They figured out what I needed in about an hour then again in another hour what another place could figure out and messed up... ordering the parts and picking up in a few days(waiting on a part)they called twice and explained everything will update once I get my car back 🤝 also got a transmission drain and fill and much more responsive and smooth again like when I got it Iv Had the car a bit now brakes feal amazing again much appreciated highly recommend
