My family and I have had nothing but excellent service through Mr. Macs. I always go to them first to see if this is something they take care of before looking elsewhere since I have an Acura and have never been disappointed. Great customer service and always feel like I am taken care of. Before each job they tell me what it's roughly going to cost and a breakdown. Recently I thought I was going to have to replace my break pads because of the sound I was hearing, and called ahead of time got me in first thing today.

They fixed the problem that my car had. They are extremely professional and kind. They are very effective. I dropped it off and drove off with it fixed in 3 days. Also other places were quoting me $350-$400 to fix it and Mr. Mac's charged $75. Very satisfied with their services and staff. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

A very nice shop with a comfortable waiting area and pleasant staff. A quoted 45 minute alignment took about 2 hours with the price being a tad steep at $100 with other shops around town. But they were thorough and provided a printout of the work specs before and after. Complementary coffee and water in the waiting area with wide flat panels to pass the time. The car drives much better from the work done though. A few people were in and out at the same time. Overall, a pretty good shop if you have the spare cash and time to wait. 4 🌟

Great service and atmosphere. I dropped car off for a wheel alignment, inspection, and get brakes changed . I got a call letting me know my brakes didnt need to be changed yet. They could of changed them anyways and just made the money, but they decided to call and asked first. That save me money I thought I had to spend. Overall great experience at Macs. Thanks!

Fantastic place does good work Great place to take your modified car I'm very particular about people working on my car so I either do everything myself or take it to the dealership. But after getting sick of dealing with the dealership I took it here to get my clutch replaced and they got it done in a day. The only issue I had was they didn't put one of my fender liners in well so after a while it started dragging and they weren't able to get my specific transmission fluid after specifically requesting it in my first visit.

Me and my husband were on the way to Colorado from Mississippi and he noticed his spring on his front suspension was coming out. Mac got us in and fixed it within an hour! They were great! The local Ford dealer was not willing to help me after my vehicle started leaking coolant late Friday afternoon while on a work trip. Mr. Mac’s was suggested and they diagnosed the issue within minutes of closing for the day, and fixed a couple of hours after opening on Saturday. Easy, quick, fairly priced service. My Audi started overheating and i called Mr Macs to schedule a drop off. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning and they diagnosed the issue, called me let me know what was wrong, and had everything fixed by 4:30 on the same day. (Friday) They even changed my oil also with permission ofc. My problem was solved quickly. Price was a BIT high, but sure beats riding around with an engine overheating and the AC going in and out due to hot conditions. So far A+

I didn't catch the employee name but, the gentleman, who took care of my alignment was pleasant and very transparent. He brought into the shop to demonstrate the issues with my alignment and what they could to do to fix it. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area! Bonus: I really appreciated the cleanliness and overall presentation of the facilities. Not necessary for the* service but undoubtedly appreciated.

I have been using Mr Mac’s, for over 2 years. I have taken atleast, 5 cars there for various reasons. I unfortunately, have a hard time trusting any business. So it takes me a long time, to start to appreciate a business. That is why I only do reviews, when I can 100 percent back my recommendations. I’ll start with the customer service, from day one- their customer service has been top notched. I have rotated thru all of their employees, that work the desk. Being untrusting as I am, I am the annoying constant questioning customer. If you have to deal with me, your human nature will wonder silently- “when will this person just leave?”! But not one time in the start of me using Mr Mac’s, did I ever feel the annoyance vibe during my visits. Every time, I am heard and given answers thoroughly and with detailed explanations. The 2nd- car maintenance and mechanic, by far superb. I take in any car that I am going to drive on a long distance trip, to just have them look over beforehand. Not once have they ever tried throwing out unnecessary “could be or might be”, and everytime the car I took in remained dependable . Maintenance on every car is key, and doing your part to keep up- is what will keep your car running and in good standing. If a car isn’t maintained properly before having issues, then that will cause a chain of future problems, that you can only hope a mechanic can correct. If I was the person, who didn’t maintain my car and waited for all the issues to pile up, I would then still only trust Mr Mac’s. I highly recommend them, even though I’m fearful more people will start going there, and taking up all the available appointments 😂

I took my truck in (been sitting vacant for 1 year because I knew there was an issue with the engine and it was obvious). They took 3 weeks and didn’t even get back to me, I had to call them and they said “I thought the owner had called you”. They informed me the motor had a blown head gasket and based on mileage and wear that it wouldn’t be good to place money on a repair (understood). I noted them that I would like to see if the truck overall is in decent condition for a motor swap. They said “Didn’t think it was worth our time so we pulled the plug on it”. All they did was check to see where leaks were coming from on the engine and that’s it. Nothing past the notes (quite a bit of requests that I was willing to pay for a diagnostics) about them checking for any other issues and running a proper diagnostic for the entire vehicle to see what I can do with the truck. (Truck has sentimental value to it if anyone is wondering. I have 2 new vehicles and wanted this one running at any cost). So I asked if they did motor swaps (I’m in sales and this was the easiest sale - it’s giving!!!). And they didn’t want to get me any other info for my truck. They failed me. They failed to communicate. And when I went in person to express my frustration I was told to take my truck and leave. When I gave the young man feedback about why I’m frustrated he cut me off…at every opportunity…to kick me out. A nearby technician had an input. Mr. Ben Heffly said “you’re not communicating anymore you’re yelling” which is false. When you are communicating your frustrations there’s will be a raise in voice when I’m talking and no one is listening. The annoyed look on his face, the body language, the huffing, the ENTITLEMENT!! There was no clarity or reassurance. Only was there finger pointing and being called “mad & loud”. Mad and frustrated are different Mr. “I can do whatever I want because I’ve been here for 9 years technician who scurries to the secretary office to avoid work and peeking every 5 seconds to see what you can get away with”. And both female and male secretary decided that my frustrations and voice to be heard were too much for them and asked me to leave so I did. They couldn’t even give me the name of the owner or get in contact with them. Please do better to communicate and there won’t be a “loud” young man calling out your flaws in person.

I’ve been going here since I started undergrad at MSU in 2019, and I completely trust the employees at Mr. Mac’s with my car. The prices are reasonable, I feel safe when I wait in the lobby, and the employees don’t take advantage of the fact that I’m less knowledgeable about my vehicle. I love this place!
