I stopped by as a walk-in with no reservation for service. They were able to take me right in and fix a screw that was embedded in my tire. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the cost was extremely fair. The staff was very professional and treated me well.

Had a situation where my family and I were 4 hours from home and ended up needing work done to our car. Robert was extremely helpful and stayed in communication with me every step of the way to ensure our car was taken care of and could be safely driven home. Customer service was terrific and appreciated the honesty.

Must be under new management. I booked online appointment. I get there the lot is full of cars with no plates on top of cars they're working on. I go in and they can't get me in because they're booked. Then tells me the man for inspection called in sick. Calls the man sick tells me anytime the next day. Another employee comes to the desk to tell me I never booked online. Smh

Try to scam me. I needed tire repair and a new battery. The assistant manager, who he said he is, offers me a 51r flooded duracell battery for $250. During the installation, I google the battery, and it's was a standard one, so I made an excuse to get him reinstall my old one back. I paid for the tire repair and left. I notices he didn't install my old battery back correctly. The j bolt was not in the socket and my wire was not screw back on.

I went in for a routine oil change. Unannounced. I believe Ashley greeted me. She was friendly and ask me if I wanted to drop it off o make an appointment. I needed the car so...when I arrived I believe Tom checked me in and gave me an estimate before work was done. The service was quick both Tom & Ashley were super 👌🏾. I'll be a return customer.

This place has horrible customer service and is definitely money hungry. I went in for an alignment first estimate I was given was 175$ next estimate went up almost 700$ told the guy at the front desk I don’t have the money for that so he dropped the price to around 550$ I took the deal and left my vehicle at this shop. After leaving the assistant manager is calling my phone telling me I need this part and that done to the car for them to “Properly” be able to finish the alignment so the total price went BACK up to 670$ I paid the price and not even 4days later my car wheel is shaking tremendously hitting 70 mph I call them they tell me to bring it to the shop. I stop into the shop asking to speak to Alex whom I seen out in the parking lot and I get told “ I’m the manager Alex is about to leave” Alex was still at the shop my whole wait and not even 20 mins being there the “Assistant manager” comes back telling me the issue of the shaking has nothing to do with them and the work they did (hence my car never had any shaking issues before getting the work done here) then tries to imply I would have to come out of pocket AGAIN for more parts needed to “fix” the shaking . MONEY HUNGRY as I stated so please don’t waste your time & money here!!!

At first I had great expectations because a coworker at my agency recommended them and they helped me out with my car in the past. The assistant manger was rude. Whoever, made a mistake and changed the wrong tire sensor on my car. When brought to their attention the assistant manger was trying to charge me even though it was their mistake that the wrong sensor was put on. I brought a coworker with me as a middle person (to ensure I don’t get brushed off again), the assistant manger was beyond disrespectful and was out of line. They did not take accountability for their mistake and was rude. All the other workers were kind and accommodating, solely JUST the “assistant manager”. Verbatim, one of the coworkers stated “the assistant manager don’t know what’s he’s talking about half the time.” To be completely honest, I could care less about the mistake (everybody makes them), it came to the matter of them trying to charge me to fix it that I had an issue with. Never recommending this place to any friends, family or coworkers.

The Mr Tire team was very kind and helpful! We were in town visiting family and had somewhere ran over a screw in our tire. The team had patched our tire quickly and had also checked the pressure of the remaining tires for us. They were very helpful and kind and the entire experience went quickly too!

I don't recommend it. They won't help you here even if you just need to tape a tire because it's nighttime and there's still 400 miles to go home and there's a woman and a 2-month-old baby in your car.

I hit a pothole on Saturday and it gave me a double flat. The next morning I had the car towed to this Mr. Tire. They told me my car would be ready Monday. I called and they told me it would be ready Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and they said it would be ready in 20 mins. I came in the evening time to pick it up and it wasn’t even moved from its original spot and still had the double flats. They stated the car battery had died and that was the end of the discussion. I then waited with my car as they reluctantly started it and pulled it in to be worked on. It did not require a jump at this time. I spoke with the manager named Alex multiple times during the whole process and he assured me everything was taken care of prior to me showing up. I would never recommend this place. I believe it’s a combination of staff, the manager and corporate. The guys don’t have proper equipment to do their job. Everything is broken. The only highlight of my time here was they took off the cost of labor.

Took 4 hours to do a car inspection after I made a drop off appointment. When I went to pick up my car it took 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and finish my transaction. Honestly you would have better luck going to a Valvoline or some other drive through inspection place would take much less time. Also I heard a bunch of other complaints about the employees damaging cars further and up charging the customer to fix the problems the employees caused. Avoid this place if you can

I took my car to 528 West Genesee St. in Syracuse, New York to get an oil change and a tire plug. When I left the location, my oil pan shield was not put back on correctly. They left some screws out of the shield. And it was hanging so when I went over a speed bump, it made a scrape. I didn’t pay too much attention to it because there were workers, and I thought that sound came from their work. I had to get on the road later on that night and as soon as I got on the highway, I heard the scraping again. When I got underneath the vehicle, the oil pan shield was hanging. I was able to do a quick fix and tie it so that I could continue driving. When I brought the car back to the location for it to be fixed, they advised that it was not their fault I was lying. I hit something and it was pulled off. My car is a brand new car. I get frequent oil changes and that has never happened before now. All of a sudden my oil pan shield fell off after you did my oil change. The assistant manager was rude and disrespectful and told me flat out that he was not fixing or that location was not fixing my vehicle that they messed up. I will never recommend anyone go there if they can’t do a simple oil change imagine what they will do for something that needs to be replaced that’s big . I will never bring my car back.

We had bring the car in because we had a problem with the warning light for low tire pressure continuously coming on. We bring it in they took a look at it and said it was our right rear tire leaking from the bead. But that day had resealed it and it was ready to go. Best part of the whole thing is they didn't even charge us. However 40 minutes later driving on 81 to go shopping the right rear tire totally blew out from the inside sidewall. We called them and explain the situation they were very apologetic and sent somebody out to put on the spare tire. The gentleman put on the spare and told us he didn't have a tire in stock but come in Monday morning first thing and it'll put on a new tire free of charge. Of course I'm thinking they're going to put on some cheap tire. To my surprise they didn't they put on one that was meant for the car and true to that word that was no charge. And I want to thank the Mechanic Dave and Alex who I believe is a manager there. Both were very professional and obviously know how to take care of their customers. This is not the first call we bring to Mr Tire we had a older car that we had ranked to them twice. On the first occasion we're thinking it's going to cost us a couple hundred bucks to get it fixed and so are surprised it was just a minor adjustment they had to make which they did and didn't charge us for it. And I was surprised because with an old car like this you figured they'd come out and they would have a whole list of what needs to be done to this car. But not at Mr Tire they were totally honest and like I said they didn't even charge us for the first adjustment they made. Couple of months later we bring the car in again and now I'm thinking once again it's going to cost us a couple of hundred bucks maybe even a thousand bucks to get it fixed. Again Mr Tire didn't try to sell us extra work or anything it was a small repair only cost a couple of bucks and off we were. So my wife and I will never bring our car to anyone but Mr Tire. I have not experienced this level of customer care would an auto repair shop as I have with Mr Tire. And I would recommend them to anybody with full confidence that they will be totally happy when they leave that establishment. I even made a post on Facebook that's how satisfied I am with the customer service that we received at Mr Tire on Genesee Street in Syracuse. And I really want to thank once again Dave and Alex for their exceptional customer service and their professionalism.

I made an appointment online for Saturday at Mr.Tire on Genesee St and followed up with a call to ensure the toes were on site, which they were not. The manager said he would order them from the warehouse and rescheduled for Tuesday. I called to reschedule for Thursday (tires were not on site), showed up Thursday and Torre’s still not there. Manager mentioned something about an email saying they were delayed due to holiday but I never received one. He said he would call me that afternoon or the following morning as soon as my tires arrived. At 10:30 Friday morning I finally called and was told they were there and I could come in and have first priority. My car was taken in shortly after I arrived at 1:00. When I tried to check out (which wasn’t working) I was finally told I had been given false information when told I could type the credit card number in manually. I ended up having to talk my 80 year old mother through a cash advance and transfer of funds over the phone because she’s in a different state and then left standing there while the counter person and manager continued to help other customers at the register next to me without saying a word to me. I was there for three hours total and over an hour of that was trying to check out. The people are very nice but communication, customer service, and organization are severely lacking. No one went over my service with me, I had to call someone out to clear the maintenance light and it’s a good thing I’m already aware the tires need to be tightened again in a week because I wasn’t given any instruction at all.
