Scheduled an appointment just to find out part was unavailable and said they didn’t have time to order from autozone immediately when I was greeted at door. Inquired for prices and cost to replace a break part, ( FYI labor per hour is $170 per hour here, parts not included). Asked if I can schedule the next day but had another excuse saying it would be a drop off ( I was assuming it would be overnight) but he said it would get done but he would be the only one working the next day. Customer service was not welcoming or reassuring, felt like he did not want to service my vehicle from the start. Will find another location.

I can not express enough gratitude to Avon, the manager, for being patient and persistent with a ground wire issue with my 2002 Monte Carlo. It took longer than expected, being that he did not have the data on the system since it was an older car, but he did everything he could to get it done, and it was done well. He had taken the time with and without help to trace wires from the fuse box to the necessary components to determine what was faulty. Wonderful job, hard working manager. I recommend and will return. And if you know anyone who has over 1-year experience as an active hands-on mechanic, send them to this shop. I'd work under him if I was one.

Had issues with my tire and every place I went told me there was no issue. It continued to go flat daily and there wasn't anything in it, but still nobody knew what the issue was. Called here and got in for an appointment and was shown the dry rotting issue my tire was had on the inside. Tire was replaced and I was on my way in less than an hour. Very appreciative for the front desk gentleman who recognized the issue and saved me lots of money because my next visit was my dealership. I would definitely return.

Mr. Jeff went above and beyond his work he told me what I needed to have done on my car, which was the front and back brakes and my battery when the Mercedes Mercedes-Benz place was telling me I needed all this other work and they didn’t tell me anything about my back brakes. They also do oil changes from Mercedes-Benz, which was great because not only was I excited that they did do it, but the price was so much lower than the Mercedes-Benz place of course Keep up the good work you guys

Went in for an oil change. They were very nice and the manager was so helpful on all my questions. They did a tie check and found that I needed 2 tires. Even though I could not purchase the 2 new tires from them, they're was no pressure to make the purchase. My oil change was fast and the customer service was outstanding. Pay attention because the bad reviews are really old. First and foremost I wanna say that when you’re having a hard day, you definitely want someone to have awesome customer service. You don’t wanna have to deal with someone who seems like they hate their job when you’re already having a bad day. I don’t think I’ve met anyone that goes into a tire shop on a great day I had a hole in my tire and it was completely flat and I already had trouble finding someone to help me put my spare on and was happy when I called and spoke with Jeff here at Mr. tire and he said he could probably get the work done and under an hour. So once I got my spare put on, I drove down there. It was only about 10 minutes from me. Jeff was there right at the front he was very welcoming very kind very personable. He said he recently took over the shop there and it’s been on the come up. And I don’t doubt that he’s gonna make it a five star shop one day. If you check Google, the Google reviews are fantastic.! The work was done quick and they didn’t make me buy anything that I didn’t need. It was a breeze, and I will be sending everyone there, especially as a woman you need to be comfortable going into a tire shop that you could trust.

The new manager, Adam, is doing an absolutely outstanding job running this location. His customer service is truly next-level — respectful, clear, and always focused on doing right by the customer. Adam really knows his stuff when it comes to vehicles. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, offers practical solutions, and never tries to upsell you on things you don’t need. It’s clear that he values integrity and customer trust. Compared to other locations, this one stands out by far. Adam has put together a great team of mechanics who work efficiently and get the job done right the first time. I’ve been to several auto shops, but this crew really impressed me.
