Really nice folks. I can tell that they care about their customers. Unfortunately, their pricing is a bit deceptive. They posted an Armada online at a really great price. Once we started the process of working through the numbers, I noticed an extra 10k added. When selling ALL cars, they add a required "Banister Cares" service agreement. This makes what was a great price a fair price. It was a waste of time. I am more than willing to change my review if they can show evidence of more transparent online pricing.

My experience at Banister Nissan Military Hwy was top notch! My Sales Rep Quran was THE best Car Salesperson I have EVER encountered! I mean his professionalism was the BEST! Quran made me feel like I was important. Very polite and respectable. He was very attentive to the needs of me purchasing a vehicle. He listened and acted on the type of vehicle I was looking for. It’s so much I can say lemme start with the phone call which ignited something different from all other dealers and salesman he gave me no pressure and everything was informal educational and interesting all in the same breathe. The process was a super duper awesome experience for him to pick me up assist me with knowledge on the process and how the programs worked and the pros and cons of any question I threw at him. Mr.Derek is very educated in the industry and is a sales magician who to know a person without knowing a person needs in satisfactory with me due to the economic situation and the economy itself. If may be honest I believe he can sell salt to a slug. There was no misdirection or misinformation that led to be having any negative thoughts. The experience from getting picked up, bought the dealership, then to have such knowledge with “ins and outs” on lenders it was magical just to see him work and I appreciate every hour I sat in the most respectful optimistic way . We need more salesman like Mr.Derek

Trei Tucker was an amazing sales guy! He made my entire experience at the dealership great! He wasn’t pushy or excessive! He listened to what I wanted and delivered! When I arrived for the test drive, Trei made the experience smooth and relaxed! He had the car pulled up and ready for the test drive, while on the test drive, it was as if I was riding with an old friend! (Bonus: it wasnt awkward and he didn’t over talk but allowed me to drive as if I was on my daily commute.) My experience was a 10 out of 10! I have been going to Banister for the past year to service a used Murano that I bought. Their service department is awesome. When servicing the vehicle didn't make sense anymore. We decided to buy a newer vehicle. We went into Banister and worked with Derek Staley. Derek worked with us patiently and helped us to where we actually bought a brand new 2025 Murano. It's hard to believe in today's day and age that it's better to buy brand new than a 1-year-old car. But Derek showed me that buying new was a much smarter investment. The new Muranos are gorgeous inside and out. The interior of the vehicle has been updated as well as the exterior from last year. It's like sitting in a spaceship. It drives like a dream, it's an absolutely incredible vehicle. Derek and Dalphus we're awesome to work with and were a great help with everything. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend Bannister!
