I bought an audio system and a back-up camera last year and had them installed at Audio One in November, 2016. The camera stopped working and I expected a bunch of hassles to make a warranty claim. What a great experience! Jeff had the camera tested and arranged for a replacement camera from the manufacturer. When I returned for the installation, Craig remembered me and the install from almost a year ago. He supervised the installation of the replacement part and had all of the connecting wire checked while the RV was in the shop. Will did a thorough job. All around, I'm very happy with the customer service attitude at the Norfolk branch of Audio One. Thanks guys!

This is an unusual review! I am not a customer. I purchased a remote start kit for my car online. The kit had horrible instructions and was missing the wiring list I was assured was included! I am an electronics tech by trade and pretty handy with mechanical systems but I was still confused on a couple of points. I called Audio One and asked for advice, the Technician I spoke with was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish I knew his name. He answered my questions and I couldn’t have finished the job without him. Many,many thanks. If this guy is an example of their Technicians, Audio One is fist rate!! Thanks again!!

Jeff was amazing and super nice and I shopped around a lot. The only negative was that it took a while for the parts to come in....I have an 96 Chevy c1500 so there is no surprise there. But I would definitely recommend for anyone

Underpromised and overperfomed. Ricky stayed past closing to make sure he could get my car done on my deadline. Without charging a dime more for his time. On top of that. The radio the team installed is beautiful and far exceeded my expectation in many ways, the wires are discreetly ran. So well so they appear to be factory! Rick!!! Rick is the man! Rick is the employee that handles majority of the transactions behind the counter and his customer service is excellent. Rick didn't know me from a can of paint before my first time getting work done from Audio One and I was impressed with how much he went out of his way to help me. They installed a Sub & Amp in my Jeep wrangler and although I thought it sounded great, Rick thought that I should have a better sub that would actually give me better bang for my buck with the Amp. The new sub would make the Amp do most of the work and produce a better quality sound, but it was on back order. Rick called me often to give me updates and swapped it out for me when it came in with no problems. No wait, no dropping off my truck. He did it right in front of me which was a plus because who wants to wait all day?! Unfortunately, I didn't care for the new sub I actually liked the sound on the first installation better. I called Rick and he swapped it out, put my old sub in in about 20 minutes. He fixed the settings and I was on my way!! I have to say when the rest of the shops are full and making appointments, the fact that Rick squeezed me in when he could, took care of me and got me out the door was A Plus for me! I will certainly recommend to all of my Jeep club friends and anyone else looking for good customer service and quality work Audio one in Norfolk. Thank you again Rick!!

I've been here twice and both times the employees have been extremely helpful! Craig did a wonderful job explaining to me exactly what they're planning on doing, how all my new equipment works, which parts they're using, they stayed within my budget and still got the best system for my needs that I could afford. While they were working on it, they made sure I was comfortable waiting and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Not only is this the best system I've ever had, they were very careful maintaining the looks as close to factory as possible in my restoration project. Definitely well worthy of the 5-stars I gave them and I will definitely be back in the future for all my needs as far as the interior of my vehicles!

I went to the Norfolk store 2 weeks ago to get a custom subwoofer box built for my 2008 Camry. Let me tell you, Dave did an FANTASTIC JOB! It sounds amazing! It fits seamless in my right rear quarter panel. Looks like it came factory built with the car. He was very knowledgeable and shared every detail with me throughout the process (material, space needed, sound tuning, etc). I highly recommend this shop!

I went to the E little creek location These guys were absolutely amazing. I was looking to install a floating radio in my car, and Rick and Mike helped me out , they were able to get my radio done quickly. They communicated with me well during the process. A few other places I had tried out gave me the run around , but these guys were great. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I will be returning to get an alarm and some cameras installed.

Right up front I want to say that I am 100% satisfied with the install and quality of work theses guys performed. It looks and sounds as good as I had hoped. I consulted with Rick about how AudioOne would install the equipment that I provided. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and contacted me during the installation to confirm details. I had them install a JL Stealthbox subwoofer and JD500/1 amp along with a remote bass control which Will cleverly hid for me under the dashboard. Will went above my expectations and paid attention to detail which made this custom job turn out perfect. I would do business here again and recommend AudioOne to my friends. They need to do something better with their showroom but I really like that they’ll install equipment that you didn’t buy from them. The price was fair. If it had been cheaper I would have tipped them for spending the time it took to do the job right. I’m glad I have a qualified car audio shop that’s so convenient to me!
