I made a phone call to see if there was availability and there was. The Store Desk Administrator was very professional both on the phone and in person. Hunter was very knowledgeable as I explained situations that was happening to my car and fave really great recommendations. The timing of my car being taken in was timed great. I recommend getting here early as it is a first come and first serve for State Motor Vehicle Inspections. I was really happy with the outcome especially after calling about 20 places in the past two days checking for availability. The place did a standup job and vehicle feels amazing. They do Military discounts as well. They will give a summary review and recommendations for your vehicle. This is my new place. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my 2015 Ford Fussion in for a State Inspection as well as having minor routine maintenance performed(oil change, switching out a headlight bulb). During inspection breaks were a little to worn to pass so I had them add it to the list. The price was a little high but still competitive and not a total rip off. Upon paying and receiveing my keys I got back into the car and noticed that the Gear Shift Knob had a melted spot into it that was not their when dropping the car off. I informed staff but they just denied any fault. I even went as far as them touch the melted spot to feel how it was fresh and sticky. Again they said nothing they could do. It is unfortunate because I have lost faith with them because of the incident.

Everyone was very helpful from the start. Mario gave me all the info to save money on repairs. He also introduced me to financing for repairs. When i came in for my appointment the receptionist was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable about auto repair. The technician went out of his way to check if my previous repairs were installed correctly. He was honest with his findings. I’ve never experienced that. Most shops will tell me a bunch of stuff that didn’t need to be done just to get my money.. They are very professional with affordable prices. My chevy has found a new doctor that is close to home. Service is A-1. 10/10 I definately recommend.

Usually always have bad experience of inspection shops nit-picking. Took a chance with Tune Up Plus. To my surprise, they were very fair. They listed recommendations instead of failures. The wait was again, very surprising. Took less than 3 hrs for call back. I will definitely recommend them.

UPDATE: Had another issue with the car and took it back…they have a repeat customer because of great customer service and quality. Thanks Mario and Pete!! OLDER POST: Mario is incredibly polite and professional, clearly communicated and worked me into the schedule fast. Pete completed all diagnostics and repairs in the same day. If I need car repair again I am going here. Fixed heater and did full tune up.

First time feeling comfortable bringing my car to a car shop to work on my car without second guessing because there are some lazy and bad mechanics out here. Very disappointed with the service I received today. Tonight, I was called and pressured to change my review. I was asked multiple times what they could do to get them to change my review. I asked what they would recommend to change my experience. My experience was negative. My experience was frustrating and I will never take another vehicle to tune up plus again. Ladies, beware.

Went for state inspection was told front brakes and rotors need to b replaced when nothing was wrong with them. They want over $500 to fix and all it really needed was some great on slide bolts. Won't go there again. Not the first time they tried getting more money out of us.

I needed a state inspection on my Toyota GR 86 and no one around was available to have a manual transmission car. I called around two places and got my hands on this place and I was able to drop off my car in the morning and it ended up being finished in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place if you need fast service same day. The staff was very kind and provided Me with great recommendations that would keep my car health in good shape. I would also recommend this place if you don’t want extra services being shoved in your face just for them to make extra money. Definitely better than the dealership.
