Outstanding Service and Quick Repair I had a great experience with this tire repair service. The technician was clearly short-handed but still managed to get my car in right away. They were polite and professional, and they even fixed my tire in between other jobs. The repair was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. I walked in wearing my Browns gear and both gentleman working were Steelers fans. They were super cool as most Steelers are. They did great work fixing my tire and when I went to start my truck, it didn't explode!! Good people work here!

My brakes were $200 more dollars than the dealership around the corner with all the fees and added.I am trying to work with cooperate to resolve this issue. I need that money to fix my car correctly as I should have taken the car to a more reputable place. It would have been better to have factory parts and a good warranty. I am scared about my car as the management changed in this location. I don’t recommend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came in right before they closed and the lady and gentleman that were there were still so pleasant and didnt rush me out the door. They fixed everything for me and gave me an excellent deal. I’m glad I live near here so I can always go back. I highly recommend stopping by for your car needs.

They damaged my trunk while stuffing 3 tires in a trunk where it clearly doesn’t fit. I had my hand out to receive my keys and they just drop them on the ground in front of me and walk away. Never have I ever had service this bad.

Only place I have been to, since I moved to Ohio, after other garages tried to charge me an insane amount of money just to look at my vehicle. I have lived in Multiple states and in my 30 plus years of driving ( my share of vehicles that had plenty of issues), this particular location should have an outstanding award on all levels!! Have been there twice, with no appointments and not only was the nsbsgerr, extremely friendly, HONEST and treated me like a person, not money, he makes sure, you know, exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and understands, we are not all wealthy.

If I could chose less than 1 star I would !!! After I received my car back from them after being serviced, I heard that something may have been loose. I returned it to them w this same complaint instead of them fixing the problem they found something else claiming to be wrong which in fact was not because prior to me buying the vehicle that work had just been done. They left my tire loose and my right acxil fell off. Me & my children could’ve seriously been hurt due to theyre incompetence and lack of care about anything but money. Highly disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! My case has still not been settled which should’ve been priority & it’s been over a week now. I’ve spoken to corporate still w no results

I was charged 174$ for a flat tire. he stated 74$ at first but once the tow truck dropped my car it went up 100$ but added a bunch a fees like tire alignment wheel balancing and etc I just needed a tire. And didn’t ask for them services .. DONOT RECOMMEND!! And I also have a GOODYEAR CREDIT CARD and wasn’t able to use it ..

I have used this location in the past which is why I went back this time. Staff is friendly and location is clean, however due to a staff shortage the time quoted to do the job did not make time requested to complete install. My bill was adjusted for the inconvenience and I had to return immediately to have a wheel weight put back on as it fell off with 15 minutes of leave the shop. Unless staffing issue get resolved I will not be returning to this location as my time away from my own job is important to me.

if I could give 10 🌟 i would. I hate a flat tire yesterday morning(Christmas eve)I made an 8am . the gentleman at the desk greeted me kindly && let me know that the online booking does not properly reflect appt times && my car would most likely be done a little later in the day. no problem as I know i made the appt last min && it was the day before the holiday. when my car was being serviced they called me multiple times to give me update && let me know about other services that my car could benefit from. they were not pushy about the other services. they were honest about what they rec and gave me prices. I would highly highly highly recommend ntb for tire servies!!

Very happy with my service! I've gone in to do an oil change and to have new tires installed. On both occasions, the manager has been very accommodating and patient in answering all of my questions. The whole staff is very friendly and upfront with me about future repairs. And they have saved me money when matching competitor's pricing! You've gained a loyal customer for life!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I called 10 minutes before closing as I was on the side of the road with my tire off of my wheel. They said to drop it off and they could absolutely fit me in sometime the next day! They went above and beyond and communicated and called me to make sure I felt comfortable with all of the decisions and even helped with making sure I got the best price I could in a terrible situation! Kudos to everyone but Dan really went out of his way!

Jason and Crew is always courteous and patient. I took a vehicle last summer and ask Jasen about fixing my personal vehicle he was very helpful and gave me a quote for service. I brought my vehicle in for front brakes and couldn't been happier with communication and service both deserve a 10. Im very happy with this place and will be back for other suggested services.
