This was my first time having a repair at ECP. I was referred to them by another shop that did not have the necessary equipment to work on the AC in my wife’s jeep. They were very accommodating with scheduling and did a great job with the vehicle once it was there. Although the repair was costly I believe the price was fair. Joe was professional and respectful throughout the entire process.

I had been away from ECP for quite a while. Went back last week. Was amazed at the treatment I was given.Top notch. Can not be specific on car problems. As they thoroughly inspected all. But Brake lines were the main issue. Was given an excellent repair job. I definitely recommend them to anyone,wanting to be treated the same way. Thx John,Joe and crew. It's Great to be back home. I requested for them to order four new tires for them to install on my four new wheels which they were to test for fit and then install the tires and wheels on my car a few days later. The tires that they selected and informed me about had excellent traction ratings and were still rated as quiet. Two days later I had them do the installation which they performed promptly. Today I was driving the car in rain and parts of the road had relatively deep water on it but the new tires performed very well, making the driving through the water very easy and safe. I greatly appreciate their choice of tires and their performance with the installation.

This was my first visit to E.C.P. and will not be my last. My RAM 1500 pickup started displaying the dreaded “Check Engine “ light, and I was able to secure an appointment the next day. The team worked with me to reschedule because of a snowstorm, then diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same day of my appointment. My truck is running better than it has in months!! Many thanks to Max W for his work on my vehicle. The team is friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Service costs were amazingly reasonable. This was one of the best car service experiences I have ever had, and I would recommend this team to anyone.
