Terrible dealership. Worked with Bill Rose in sales. Got a bill of sale prior to coming in for a test drive. Made salesman and manager aware that as long as test drive went well would be purchasing same day. 10 minutes down the road and they sell the car before I get there with no word or warning. Terrible communication and slimy salesman. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had the unpleasant experience of inquiring about a Z3M clown shoe on Facebook. Bill would NOT talk to me until I gave him all my personal information to βbuild a profileβ π© #1 If youβre selling on Facebook then act like it, donβt try to pretend to also be a dealer when youβre on a PEER TO PEER selling platform. π© #2 the price is asinine and when offered a CURRENT MARKET cash offer he gets disrespectful saying that the one heβs selling is better blah blah donβt care. Half the mileage cars were going for less and cleaner interior and no rats nests in the engine bay. But I guess that rats nest adds value π. π©#3, it is WILD when you were told βIβm no longer interested and you so not have permission to contact me. You take it upon yourself to then TEXT ME to insult me by calling me stupid and βyou donβt know what youβre talking aboutβ Great way to get traffic in your store, especially if you want to sued for continuing contact after youβve been told to STOP CONTACT

Update as of 2/7/26: I bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade from Prestige Auto on 2/2/26. My sales person was Bill. Bill was informative and very helpful. The trade in of my Kia was easy. I felt it was a fair appraisal for the condition of my vehicle. With the trade in, I was able to get the Jeep the same day with $0 down. Then, come Thursday of the same week, my Jeep wouldnβt start. I tried to jump the battery and it didnβt work. I let the management at Prestige know that after multiple attempts, I couldnβt get it started. I took the battery to Autozone and they said the battery wasnβt the issue. So, I got it towed in last night (Friday) to Prestige. They prioritized looking at it first thing this morning to resolve the issue. Turns out, the battery actually was the issue. This is of no fault on Prestige, as the battery was reading normal (and also did at Autozone) and the vehicle was operating while in their lot. Sometimes batteries can read normal even if they are old and stop working, especially in extreme cold. They replaced my battery this afternoon and tested to make sure the car was working. They did not charge me for this and they also are going to reimburse me for the towing expense. I really appreciate their help and proper customer service to make sure my vehicle is working for me in a timely fashion. Although I ran into a minor issue, which was not their fault, they helped to fix it in a timely fashion. I would recommend Prestige to a friend

Brandon and Brady were both good salesman. Brandon was very quick to communicate over the phone which was appreciated. I canβt say I enjoyed buying a car but itβs not a simple process anywhere you go. I asked that they take their stickers off the back of the car I purchased which they conveniently forgot to do.

It was awesome! My boyfriend and I flew out today from Alabama to get a black 2018 F-150. We were nervous about it, BUT this was place was legit! Amazing customer service, awesome atmosphere, and the truck is top tier quality. Special shoutout to DJ who was the best salesman, great with communication, and all the way around! We bought a Mercedes GLA 250 for our youngest daughter who is turning 16 this month. The gentleman who assisted us gave a superb review of the car, stating it was the cleanest model he had seen. He was easy to work with and accommodating. We live approximately 6 hours away and after a discussion opted to ship the car. Per AI this specific model with its elevation mileage and lack of accident history, extremely well maintained appearance and car fax report still was over priced. The price was firm and I accepted due to fatigue of looking for the past 6 months. We received the car in good condition. It sat in our garage for a month or so until we could get to our local Mercedes dealership. Once there it was identified as having 3 βredβ issues that needed immediate attention. These three issues would cost $4200. Bill our sales rep at first seemed very helpful and responsive, stating he would have his mechanic reach out to the Mercedes dealership to help reduce the charges. At the end they were of little help and when asked if they would buy the car back there was silence. I understand there is risk in buying a used car however when youβre buying from a large used dealership that has a maintenance department who certainly wouldβve looked this car over and would have identified these issues on their own, and still decided to sell it, despite this, raises a significant question in their ethics and morals. I may be way off with this at it may be an isolated incident, but I think itβs worth noting to any future customer. If you live local and can have a mechanic look over their cars it may be in your best interest.

Bought a Tesla model x. Window broke on the way home so we took it back- they said they would fix it. After having to call them regularly for updates they finally fixed after a week. Came home same issue and now itβs totally broken- have to take it to Tesla for almost $1000 to fix before my first payment is due. Would absolutely not recommend
