Being a young female & of small stature, I've been to plenty of repair shops that have "tried" to rip me off. Not here! Honest severice, great quality service, great deal of knowledge & experience in the field, and very friendly! No lie, it's hands down THE BEST repair shop I've ever experienced in my life!!! First time I took my car there, nothing was fixed, and I went from driving it there to it not starting when I went to pick it up and had to have it towed to a different shop. I had to call repeatedly to find out the status of my vehicle, was told it wasn't worth it to fix it, it which I said due to my circumstances I would take the risk and please fix the minor issue as I didn't have any other options. This small problem was never addressed when I went to pick it up over a week after having dropped it off. They also lost the key to that vehicle (luckily I had spares). I gave them a second try months later for a different vehicle only per a family friend's suggestion. I was given a rough quote, an apology for how things had gone before and offered a discount with that quote. They said they would call me when they located the particular part, in a week or so. It has been months now and I never heard anything after stopping in for that quote. Unreliable and unprofessional.

KB Auto did my brakes. They gave me a good price and were able to get me on the schedule promptly. When they didn't have the part they needed the day I dropped off my car, they even brought my car to me at work the next day to save me the inconvenience of finding transportation. This was a positive experience for me having work done on my car and I will go back to KB Auto for my future car maintenance and repairs.

When a part is extremely expensive, he explains the repairs that will be necessary, and makes an effort to locate a used part which will do the job. This is my new, "Go To" Auto Repair Shop. I was treated with respect, first of all. Then, my car had an electrical problem. And, the radio, clock, locks and remote quit working. I was nervous it would cost a lot. And take more than a day. I was wrong. The cost was very fair. And, they even threw in a new remote battery. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest Auto Repair Shop. I would like to give them more than 5 stars!

I took my car in for a front end repair that I was told to be way more expensive by multiple other shops. After checking out my car the repairs were not as bad as I was told I actually came out spending 1/3 of the cost that I was quoted by others and only repaired what I asked them to. The owner was honest and didn’t charge for what I didn’t need but did check my vehicle and found other repairs that would need done eventually. I was very satisfied with the job they did and will return soon to have the other work done as needed.

Phil has worked on four of my cars. And I will keep coming here because the service is top rate. I am grateful because he is patient with me because at times I can be a little high maintenance. However he never loses his cool. Instead he offers the very same professionalism, he offered me the first time I came to his shop about a year or so ago. I wanna say thank you for all the work you do and putting up with customers like me, lol I highly recommend him to anyone. *Also want to celebrate a veteran that also works there!

Took my car in this morning because it wouldn't turnover on its own without being jumped. Took only a few minutes to see that I had some loose connections to my battery and needed a quick part replacement to tighten it down. No extra diagnostics or an appointment is needed. Didn't receive special treatment for being a girl which is a good thing. The service charge was $5 (mainly for the part) which I didn't have the cash (since it seems there is a minimum card charge) and Bill said to not worry about it. I'll pay it forward with more business in the future instead. :)

My engine started going bad on me around thanksgiving, and I called about 20 different shops and they were all completely booked until I came across this shop. They were very friendly & they got me in & got the job done in less than 5 hours. I was very happy with my experience & they even gave us a ride home (we live somewhat close) while our car was being fixed. but they were very very professional & I will definitely be back. As a female who has been played by shady auto repair shops I really respect this business for doing an honest job. My car has been running great ever since.

I love these guys! I have taken 9 of my past cars to them..seriously. I have been here for 3 yrs now! We get on each others nerves sometimes but these are honestly good people. They do their best here and you get a real human experience with a owner who does his best for his customers as well as his workers. This company, but especially the owner is an incredible human being. He corrected something that to us was serious and possibly expensive, but to him it was just a quite literal 2 minute fix, he charged us nothing. Ever since that beyond wonderful first encounter, they have been our mechanic for years and years. I should have left this review several years ago, but as we turn back to KB again for issues with our car, this served as a good reminder.
