My husband and I went to get 4 tires and 4 wheels to be put on to his 2018 Chevy Silverado. The assistant manager, Mike and his two crew team was extremely phenomenal. Best customer service we have ever experienced. Mike went above and beyond for us! And his two technician took very good care of my husband's trunk. We walked out as a very happy customer and we will only go to this NTB location from now on. Thank you for everything to Mike and his team.

I had low pressure in my tire. I showed up. They got me in right away discovered that it was a nail and my lug nut and they fixed it. It was great service by Mike, who is at the front of the store and Johnny who worked on my car all around great service from start to finish will be going back again for all my other services.

Wonderful service from the whole team! I was having an issue with a flat tire & a locking lug nut where the key actually broke & I couldn’t get it off. Needless to say- it caused a huge headache. NTB got me in same day and sent me home same day with a fixed tire! Fabulous staff! Would definitely reccomend & will be returning in the future.

Edit:Had some good communication with management today and we spoke for a bit about customer service it was a nice conversation he offered to try and get me some credit or something which i decided because i wasn't looking for anything like that i just asked hom to make sure it doesn't happen to me or someone else in the future and i got the feeling he will make sure it dont. I didn't want anyone to lose there job over this just to have better customer service in the future with all customer thank you. End edit here Called yesterday to make an appointment to have a leak fixed in a tire and was told they dont take appointments for that and to just bring it in so i went in today to have a leak in my tire fixed. When I got up to the counter I told them my problem and informed them I got the tires there and it should be covered under the warranty I bought. They I waa quickly informed me they were recently bought out and no longer have any of that information in the computer. I wasn't happy about that but didn't think it was the guy at the counters problem so I said that's fine I'll just pay out of pocket for it gave them my keys and sat down in the waiting room.5 minutes late a nice lady sits down next to me and we all got to talking,meanwhile 2 other customers also came in. As we're talking I noticed all the cars in the lot were back being worked on except mine and the lady next to me mention she's just in to have a leak in a tire fixed too. I said wow that's kinda messed up I got her before you and they took your car back before mine then I asked if she had made appointment and she said no but she comes all the time. I had mentioned to her i only buy tires from here and so on. After seeing 2 customers cars come after me and leave before me I promptly went to the deck and asked for my keys and left. I had 0 trust left after being treated differently for whatever reason they chose to pick others before me even tho I was there first,not to me to mention having to pay outta pocket for something that was already paid for as an extra when I bought my tires from there. You lost money today because of this,I think corporate better get used to it atleast at this location.

I've had a tire that has been slowly air pressure for a couple of months now. I've stopped in to NTB on Howe Road a few times and they always fill it, check all the other tires and never charge me. I finally had a chance to get it in to be looked at to find the problem. It was a nail. The tire was able to be repaired and they took care of it quickly. No tries to upsell me or anything - they just fixed it quickly, and I was on my way in no time! Friendly people, clean store and waiting area, convenient location. Highly recommend.

I have 4 cars. I called NTB a week ago to schedule an appointment for 2 cars. 8 tires. Make the appointment. A few minutes later the local store manager calls me and needs to reschedule the appointment. Apparently the corporate call center doesn't know how backed up he is. OK that's fine we reschedule. On appointment day we show up with both cars. Hour and half later they inform me they don't have the tires for one of my cars. Mind you a week ago I clearly talked to local store with which tires I wanted year,make and model plus the tire size. No I don't want your store brand tire. So I call another NTB store,get the call center,asked to be transferred to the local store because they already messed up last time. Talking to local store, yes they physically have the tires and can fit it in today. I drop the car off and return 20 minutes before close. My car hasn't moved in 5 hours. I am here a half hour past close waiting for my car. Another gentleman has been here for 6 hours for a tire repair which ended up being a nail in the tire. Utterly ridiculous. Needless to say this will be the last NTB I ever step foot in. Yes, if it was my car not my wife's and I didn't already have 8 hours invested I would have walked and gone somewhere else.

Scheduled appointment for four tires on my silverado, was told hole process would take an hour when I arrived, after waiting nearly two hours went to check on progress and found they hadn't even started mine. Asked girl at desk she was frustrated and blamed the other cars giving her them problems, I said thats understandable but why didn't you come tell me there was a problem so I couod adjust my tasks, her response " I don't know what to tell you" now Im driving on a spare tire in my work truck and have an already over booked schedule and will have to cancel customers ro get this corrected. Absolutely terrible service unfortunately.

Had a blow out an hour away from home on our way to the Lowes outlet and we were lucky enough to be right next door to them when it happened. They were able to find us 2 new tires they had in stock and fit us in on a busy Saturday morning with no appointment so that we didn't have to get towed home also gave us a very nice price out the door , could not have asked for a better customer service experience.

I went to NTB on Howe Ave the Saturday before the big winter storm we had. I had a low tire and they will fill them for free. Matt in the service department checked and filled all my tires. He was great. He was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I need 2 new front tires and he gave me all the information I needed to be able to choose the best option. I highly recommend talking to him if you need tires!

I typically do not tend to bring my vehicles to establishments like this. But was in a time crunch getting ready for a trip and had decided to give it a chance. And to be expected my fears were correct putting my vehicle in the hands of shady people who are just trying to gauge more money out of your pockets. I had dropped my vehicle off to get 4 new tires and an alignment not even a half hour later get a call about the “courtesy” vehicle inspection they performed and found my battery was reading low. As I had said when I dropped the vehicle off that I had just brought it straight from our family mechanic that has been working on this vehicle for all 7 years of owning it he had went over it all to make sure I had no issues going on my trip as to even checking my battery so I knew it was okay. I get to the store to pick my car back up and as expected they had drained my battery leaving it on aux mode I would assume because my car was warm and for my heat it takes about 45 min for it to even get warm because the blower motor has been going out for 4 years now. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable that they would even attempt to do this and then to sit inside as I’m out with the hood popped not once to come out and see if everything was alright because they had known what they did. I drove straight to AutoZone after and had my battery tested again and wouldn’t you know it was perfectly good. Full ampage. Car was starting up perfectly fine when I brought it there and then after jumping it and all night it has been perfectly fine and will be. Very disrespectful and disgusting. I highly advice to not drop your vehicle off to this location as I know I will never trust these stores with my car again.
