I came 2 this place 4 the 1st time. When I arrived it was 1 mechanic work'n & he seem 2 b ignoring my presence when I was in the waiting room. Finally I was greeted when Steve came in. I told him I was experiencing alot of noise with my front end. He then took my car on a test drive & bought it back in & drove it STRA8 up on the lift & did the inspection. After it was completed he told me my problem. I was very impressed with their thorough check & providing pictures of my parts that were✅ or❌. But then my visit from sweet 2 sour. I drove my car home & went nowhere else after I left the shop. I came out omw 2 work walk'n over 2 my driver door when I noticed that my bottom right panel was pop'd out. I knew it was from when they raised my car on their lift. N my photo u can perfectly see how well my panel looks & no damage B4 they got my car. I call'd back 2 the shop & told the lady who answered the phone I was omw back. As I arrived I met with Steve again & ask'd what happened🤔 He took no responsibility nor have any remorse 4 what happened with my panel. He practically said it's rusted underneath the car. That was *his reason* why the panel had pop'd out. I told him that was not the reason that panel was out of place. He then walk'd off going back N2 the shop. & that's when I call'd C.F.P.🚔 just so happens the officer who came knows who I am. I explained the situation 2 him & then he goes n the shop 2 talk 2 Steve. They both walk'd right back outside & come 2 my car & the officer squats down & looks & tells Steve (mechanical expert btw..) well hey she's got a clip that's needed 2 hold this panel together. Steve goes 2 get a clip replaces it with the old one & it happens 2 snap right back n2 place like it never happened. Of course Steve stands up continuing with no apology/ no remorse & walk'd right back n2 his shop. Thanks 2 C.F.P.🚔 my problem was resolved Steve obviously didn't care about my feelings & simply blame the situation on rust.❌💯

Excellent service. First time walking in. I had a nail in my tire. I was glad that they were very honest with me and told me that I had to get a new tire and that my tire could not be plugged due to the position that the nail was in. I called back and he told me that he can get me a tire within 30 minutes and they made it possible for me. So grateful for you all thank you very much God bless you all. Steve and his Team are First Class!! Thanksgiving Eve I had my vehicle towed in and with myself diagnosis of needing an Alternator a possible 800- 1000.00 repair. Went to the place about 2 years ago to have my 2015 Hyundai Sonata worked on. It had a massive oil leak. They “repaired” the oil leak and told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up the following day. When I got the vehicle, no lights were lit on the dash, but the second I drove it off the lot. I could tell it wasn’t running correct. It wouldn’t go above 3 RPM. I don’t live far from the place so I wanted to get home so I could call about what was happening. Well not even 5 minutes down the road, my car burst into flames. The shop, mechanic, and everyone I spoke to from the place did not show any sympathy and took no responsibility for the issue. My insurance ended up covering the car because the shop refused to help in any way. Will never go back!

Tire rod was completely busted late at night. Early next morning, Steve was very attentive and got me in first thing. Within the same day everything was fixed! Loaner car for the day was a great courtesy. Steve and his staff were all very friendly and I knew I was being taken care of. From NC and first time having car issues in OH, Steve and Shaw made the process very stress free and I will definitely be returning for any services in the future!!

I needed a new fuel pump for an 06 toyota 'rolla and saw shaw auto care were one of the only places open by my house at 7:30 am. I called and talked to Steve, told him what was going on and lucky for me he had an opening that morning. I towed my car there around 10am and they fixed my fuel pump and got me out before 1pm. Awesome service and friendly mechanics! Would recommend again

I took my car to Steve at 80k miles for a major reset, and it honestly needed a lot more than I realized — wheel bearings, serpentine belt, blower motor, brakes, tires, suspension, and more. Even the check engine light was on. I didn’t specifically bring it in to diagnose the check engine light, but after the work was completed it has stayed off, which was a great surprise. When I first heard the total, I was definitely shocked. I had no idea my car needed that much work. However, after speaking with Steve again, he took the time to walk through everything with me and explain the pricing. He was able to bundle the repairs efficiently and work with me to make sure I was getting a fair and reasonable deal. I really appreciated his transparency, patience, and willingness to stand behind his work. The car feels significantly smoother and more solid now. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for honest and thorough service.
