Extraordinary service! I happened here by chance as my van broke down with me and my kids while shopping and Larry took care of us. He put us at ease, gave us a car to drive until my van was done (about 2 days as they were closed for Thanksgiving) and had great rates. If you're in the market for an honest mechanic, motortech is your spot. I still cannot believe how courteous they were. I highly recommend them!

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I went in for the first time for an oil change and they stood by their over the phone quote. One gentleman even gave up some of his commission to make up for cost since an error had been made in my quote. This is a stand up company with top notch customer service, which is hard to find anymore. The work is done neat and cleanly and timely. If you are looking for a reliable, quality repair shop with wonderful customer service that values their customers, then you need to bring your vehicles to them!! Highly recommend.

Don’t take your car there if it’s not a 2005 domestic, they’ll quote work that they cannot do then you have to wait for a month for some “guy” to come in and fix it for them. Not to mention they won’t even properly double check their work prior to releasing the car so you’ll have to bring it back AGAIN. They also like you put dents in your car and call in another “guy” to blame the customer for denying the car instead of just owning up to the mistake. Not to mention for being a place that fixes cars, why is your loaner such a piece of trash?

The folks at Motortech took care of my car when I needed the brakes done. They told me that parts were going to arrive in the morning, and got me setup with one of their rental cars. By mid morning the next day they called to say my car was finished and ready to pick up. I asked if they could do a quick oil change while I was on the way there to get my car, and was done by the time I got there. This is also one of the few places my wife feels comfortable going to alone. Big thanks to Larry and the team. They are always friendly and fair.

Most people think of taking your car in when something’s wrong with it, but they are also incredible when you are looking to buy a used car and would like an inspection before you buy. Excellent Customer Service and Fair Pricing, as well as quick service on my vehicle! I brought my old truck in for a transmission swap (I supplied a rebuilt unit) and they were very professional and easy to work with when it came to pricing and timing, I was given a quote and they got the work done to the quoted price, even with some extra care put in for a gasket that I needed custom made for the transfer case! (they don't make them anymore!) Will always be my shop of choice moving forward for any major repairs I cannot complete myself. I had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop to complete some work that is willing to work with you on pricing and timing.

I originally came in because my car was acting up — it would shut off whenever I stopped at a red light or stop sign, and I’d have to turn it off and back on again. I paid $700 for the repair and everything was good for a while. Then the same issue happened again, and they fixed it completely free of charge. Such a great place — very kind, professional, and they stand by their work. Highly recommend!
