Fortunately, this is a preferred shop with my car insurance (Grange). Tabitha and Joel did a great job of explaining the estimate and answering any questions I had. I couldn't pick up the car the day it was done, and they allowed me to pick it up the next day easy-peasy. I'm not sure if it's part of the Marhofer package, but I was also able to meet the rental car company there with my rental car and then just leave it when I picked my car up, also very easy and very convenient. I got my car back and it was nice and clean and looked great! Thank you so very much for your hard work!

Joel is a very good communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on my Chevy Terrain. He was quick to respond by emails to my questions. My SUV was quickly repaired within a week and you can’t tell it was even in a wreck. They cleaned it up so nice and the repairs are top notch! They are honest and I would definitely recommend body work/repairs for your car to go here!

10 out of 10. They do amazing work and they’re very friendly. They communicate with your insurance company so you don’t have to play the middleman. They arrange rentals if u need (and, if ur covg allows) and they com to your house, since obviously you don’t have your car. Good work.

There were some supply chain issues on getting parts initially, but this was in no way the fault of Marhofer. Joel was very transparent from start to finish. Customer service and communication were excellent. They did a fantastic job replacing my bumper, healight cover and brackets. The wheel moulding is all that's left. They worked very quickly once the parts were delivered and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend them for auto body needs.

This is the second time I have had Marhofer work on my 2020 Equinox (thanks to my son). Each time they were friendly, helpful and responsive. I like to communicate via email since that is easier for me during the work day and Joel had no issue with this, always replying timely. There was a problem getting my insurance to cover an alignment but Joel was able to get that covered. My car looks brand new again and cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I would highly recommend Marhofer and won't take my cars anywhere else in the future.

Had to take my 2024 Hyundai Ioniq5 in for some minor paint work on the rear bumper that was scuffed up from a vehicle bumping it in a parking lot. They had to remove the rear cover, repaint and replace. They delivered the vehicle back to me in the timeframe that they had stated. Final bill was slightly more than the estimate as they said they had to remove a few things that they hadn’t planned on. Overall I am very happy with Marhoffer Hyundai and the service I received.

I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with the people and service of Ron Marhofer Collision Repair. The office staff often kept me informed on the progress of repairs. My Camaro is my baby and when someone hit me... I was heartbroken. The paint color is very difficult to match but the crew did an excellent job. My baby is back and she's beautiful. Thank you!! After picking up my "repaired" 2023 Santa Cruz, I couldn't get the hood to latch. The shop told me it's because of my aftermarket hood prop but my hood closed with no issues prior to the accident and for the last year the aftermarket hood prop was installed so obviously wasn't the case here. They also told me my insurance denied an alignment. I called my insurance company and I was told no additional work requests were submitted for anything to be denied.... I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a car repair done and when i picked up my car a light on my dashboard was on ,i was told from the repair people leaving my doors open it ran the auxiliary battery down drive it for a few days and hopefully it will recharge itself if not come back and they would take it to the jeep dealer for a diagnostic because when they put their diagnostic on, it wouldn’t read anything because it is a Jeep I was told the car only has 13,000 miles on it. It’s a 2022. I was told Friday to let them know on Monday and they would schedule to take it to a Jeep dealer. I spoke with him on Friday. I stopped in this morning. I was told they spoke with somebody from the insurance company on Thursday and they’re not going to fix this not sure why they told me on Friday to call him back on Monday though.

They got my vehicle in right away when other shops had a two week wait just to get an estimate started. In addition, they were in contact with the insurance company before I dropped my vehicle off and began the process of getting a rental car squared away. When I dropped my vehicle off they were attentive and professional. I could tell from how their service professionals spoke about the process that I was at the right shop. There were occasional text message updates on where they were in the process and the projected target date of completion. I received a phone call at 8AM on the target date that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The repairs appeared to be flawless and with the addition of new parts, it looks better than before the accident. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
