Terrible mechanic shop. Came here twice and both experiences were absolutely awful. The first time I came in for a simple tire rotation. To start, I asked the guy in the office how much and he told me $50 which is ridiculous for a tire rotation! I told him I usually get it done for 30 or 35 so he agreed on $35. Then I’m watching the guy inside rotate my tires and as he's tightening the lug nuts, he uses his impact gun to tighten them without a star pattern. Anyone who's worked with tires knows you should tighten them in a star pattern. To top it all off, i ask him "are you going to use a torque wrench" and he responded no. The guy basically over tightened my lug nuts in a non star pattern. If that wasn’t enough, a few thousand miles later, my left front wheel bearing goes out. What other reason for it to go out shortly after other than this shop over tightening the lug nuts. I’m no mechanic but I do a lot of diy, and with basic google searches you can see what causes things to go bad. Thankfully I was able to change the wheel bearing myself without taking it to a shop. All of this because of a basic tire rotation this shop couldn’t do right. Extra money and time i had to spend. On the bright side, I now do my own tire rotations at home since it seems hard to find someone that can do it right. I decided to give this shop another try later on and go in for an inspection. My car had an airbag light but after calling multiple shops that do inspections, they told me a car can pass inspection with an airbag light. As long as the car is over 10 years old which my car was. I only came here because it was close to home. I ask the guy in the office to verify that a car can pass with the light on if it’s over 10 years and he tells me no it’s 15. Took my car to a different shop and got my inspection sticker with no problem. Needless to say I never plan on stepping foot there again. Other reviewers agree this place is bad as well.

Stopped in for a sticker, and the guy with the beard and long hair was super friendly and helpful. He made the whole process easy, and I felt like I could really trust the place. I went to the dealership twice to fix my Jeep that kept vibrating at high speeds. Both times they claimed they balanced it and solved the issue, but the problem never went away. Frustrated, I gave up on the dealer and called Yanel. He told me to come in right away, ran a free diagnostic, and quickly found the real problem, the car needed proper balancing and new brakes, something the dealer should have caught. Yanel fixed it and now my Jeep drives smooth. I even made the long trip all the way to Florida last week with no issues. Thanks, Yanel! Sincerely, The Jeep Grand Cherokee guy!

I was 40 minutes from home and discovered a nail in my tire. Not being from the area I wasn’t sure where to go but I was very glad I chose to stop at Muneer’s Auto Repair. I was greeted in a friendly way and waited on very quickly. They weren’t able to patch the tire but got my spare tire on and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I recommend trying Muneer’s.

Took my car to Muneer’s place on Feb 6th as my car died on me while being driven on the road. I had the car towed to Muneer’s place and had it check out. They gave me a call the next day and told me the car needs a new engine, I then declined the service as I did not want to get my engine replaced. I then called a tow from my house (as Muneer told me to take the car away) and told them to pick my car up for me and bring it to my place. When I received the car, I opened up the car hood and Muneer’s mechanics took out the timing belt and left it on top of the engine. I was furious as clearly they did not put back the car the way they found it. I gave them a call and let them know what I found. I then asked for them to send a mechanic to my place which is about a 7-9 minute drive (in the same city) to put the belt back. I was given a response of “it’s your problem now my friend, I’m not sending out a mechanic.” After a bit of arguing they told me to call next week which I did, and I was told to leave my info and they will send a mechanic to which I never got a call back. What was crazy to me was Muneer said I did not pay (for the diagnosis) and he was trying to use that as an excuse to not fix the belt! He did not ask for payment or tell me it would cost money for a diagnosis; BECAUSE HE DOES NOT CHARGE FOR IT BUT TRIED USING IT AS AN EXCUSE! Best of all, I got the car inspected by a personal friend who is a mechanic and the car just needed a new alternator and starter which is THOUSANDS of dollars less then what Munner said was needed. Did not believe my friends when they said they also had a bad time at this place and I found out the hard way they were right. Avoid this place very shady and dirty people.

There was a guy standing in front of me, and when I explained that I didn't speak perfect English, he mocked me and tried to humiliate me, but I didn't fall for his provocation. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. I hope they improve this kind of behavior because his attack had no effect on me. Above all, I have human dignity. I saw many negative comments about the treatment I received. I'm sorry, but I would never recommend this place.

Let me just begin by saying, I have always owned pre-owned vehicles in my past, and have dealt with many mechanics over the years, some good, mostly terrible. Until I walked into Muneer's for a standard inspection sticker one day, and I was utterly speechless with the manners and knowledge of the owners here. They give free diagnostics (which is really free, no hidden fees) - which already for me is a win. However it was the events that followed that made me really trust in Muneer's. Each person who came in for a diagnostics was then presented with the price (which also is always a fair price), and how long it would take to get the parts and do the actual work, and in most cases all the jobs are able to be done day of, which is also hard to come by these days. Mostly everyone accepted the proposed amount and moved forward with the work. On the rare occasion the patron refused the work, which could have really annoyed the owners, but they greeted them with a smile and offered to still do the work at the quoted price, if they were to change their minds. Never once did I see them get annoyed or aggressive to pressure anyone into doing the work. From a customer service standpoint, this was when they won me over. The following week I returned with another car for an inspection, and again I was impressed by them. This lead me to bring my 2002 Toyota Camry to them to have my breaks serviced. They took me first thing in the morning, and they had the parts in 30 minutes time, and had my car back to me in just over an hour. I was able to sit in their waiting room, where you can see them servicing your car, not that I ever didn't trust them, but it is a nice feature for anyone who likes to see their car the whole time. They also walked me through the rundown of work and labor so there were no hidden fees or agendas. I can not recommend this place enough, seriously - go see them, for all car things, big or small. I know I will be a customer for life, and will be referring all friends and family their way. 10/10, can't say a single negative remark about this place.

I’ve been coming to Mo’s for the last two years for various auto repairs to my aging Honda and I have yet to regret it. Yannel, the owner, has always taken care of me. When he says something is wrong with my car and/or gives me a quote, I can trust that I’m not being played or hustled. That is a rarity in auto repair, especially if you’re a woman. The prices are unbelievably reasonable, everyone is friendly, and professional. In addition, they are QUICK!! I cannot say enough, good things about the shop.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, talented, and truly caring mechanic, look no further. This small, family-owned shop brought my Lexus SC400 back to life—no exaggeration. What started as a simple project quickly grew (as car projects usually do), and instead of turning me away like other shops have in the past, Yannal and his family took on the challenge wholeheartedly. They sourced rare, hard-to-find parts from all over the internet, and even brought in Yannal’s retired dad because of his expertise with cars like mine.
