Had my Subaru in for a leak that was repaired on a previous visit. When I noticed another leak, I texted MAS to ask about scheduling service, and Seth was able to get me in quickly. He also mentioned that the inspection fee would be waived since they had just checked for leaks during my last visit — a gesture I really appreciated. It showed they weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. The new (or lingering) leak was found and fixed, and my car was ready the same day. The repair cost was reasonable, though $100 for a synthetic oil change felt a bit high. It would be great if they offered returning customers a small discount on routine maintenance items like oil changes. Overall, MAS continues to earn my business — they’re honest, fairly priced, and provide quick, reliable service.

My Auto Surgeon performed a diagnostic for me recently as I couldn't find the source of a leak. (They saved my bacon once before with an AC issue so I called them as soon as my new issue popped up.) Like before, they were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They have a small but comfortable waiting area where I was able to work (seating/counter, charging cables, Wi-Fi, coffee). They're pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm very happy with my overall experience there. I was able to fix the problem they identified at home, but I won't hesitate to go back if I have another issue. I would (and regularly do) recommend My Auto Surgeon to friends and family. :)

I gotta be honest, I dropped my vehicle off to have the coolant flushed and an oil change. I was told that they would let me know if there was anything else the van needed. Several hours later I got a text message saying my van was done and ready to go, so I caught an Uber back to your company. It was only after I arrived back there and was paying that I was told that the technician found a couple other things that should’ve been done. In my mind, that should’ve been something that was told to me in a text message or phone call while you still had the van. Not something that I should be told after I’ve caught an Uber back to pick up my vehicle.

I took my 2019 Silverado in thinking I would need a full brake job, which would have been around $800. After dropping it off in the morning, I got a call a few hours later with great news. The technician found that the brake sensor was malfunctioning, rewired it, and confirmed that I still had plenty of brake life left. He also noticed a bad engine belt and replaced it. They are truly a great shop that looks out for their customers. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles to them from now on. Thanks, guys!

The inspection was done quickly and he sent me a reasonable quote for the replacement. From the initial phone call to the first contact upon arrival, the team at My Auto Surgeon was incredibly friendly, professional, and they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They even went out of their way to get the parts (break pads) picked up by someone on their team in order to get my car done by the end of day, as I needed to be on the road early the next morning. By far some of the best care care I have had. The guys at the desk, especially Cameron were very helpful, and non pushy. They spent hours on my car trying to diagnose a intermittent issue. They couldn't find it, BUT, It gave me peace of mind knowing they checked. They also did an overall check of work I had done previously with another shop. Despite them being a good customer facing bysiness, I was not entirely happy with the results of my last visit. I have low battery warnings that keep re appearing and twice they couldn't figure out why. They stated the light had to be to fully on to figure it out. Of course, it doesn't come on while in their hands. I should also mention they replaced my battery last year with a refurbished battery that I wasn't made aware of. I probably wouldn't have agreed to do that if I had known it was refurbished. With the low battery warning lights now on, I was hoping they would try to make good by replacing the battery they installed or maybe put a brand new one in there. I would have even paid the difference on the new battery if that was a provided option. But no suggestion was offered. They just said the battery is fine. I would think a business would want to do try more than a few things within their means to solve a problem then say we can't figure it out. I probably won't go back unfortunately. They might just not have the specialized knowledge needed for Volvos.

This is my first time to have my car smogged at My Auto Surgeon, it was an overall great experience. -First, this was my first time of really using Yelps project app which sends out several request for quotes on your project. These guys responded quickly and with the price that was standard for the industry. Even told me timeslots that were available that day. It was fast easy to understand so I booked it with them as they had great reviews on Yelp. The thing that struck me the most in the reviews was the manager's responses to customer, concerns or issues, there was compassion and an effort to make it correct. This I have not seen in a lot of the other Smog place that I usually go to so I switched. -Second, was the courteous way in which I was treated by Cameron, front office manager. This is very rare, but you can tell he cares about his job and their company reputation. I even today received a follow up text to make sure everything was OK with my car. -Third, I was very impressed with their waiting room. Typical car places don't spend a lot of time or money in their waiting area. I took some pictures so you can see small but very well laid out and decorated nicely. Also didn't take pictures of this, but the bathrooms which are out in the shop are clean and decorated nicely. Hats off to the decorating person ! Highly recommend this shop and I will be coming back here in the future!
