Alex with My Rock Detail started out wonderful, my car looked like it came off the show room floor. Then over the last few months his attention to detail and arriving on time started going downhill. Back in June, Alex started using our water to fill his personal water tank and our electricity. My husband brought it to his attention and two weeks or so later he had everything of his own again. We were having him use a vinyl trim product we like (and bought for him to use) and he stopped using it (I’m very picky on what my cars trim looks like. I like it extra shiny which that product made it) We had noticed the trim was not as shiny as it has been and we found out he stopped using it and wanted to use the product he has. My husband told Alex he wanted what we had been using and he said he prefers his product and did not use what we wanted him to use. Alex then informed my husband he is more than welcome to look for another detailer. I went to look at my car and it was not to my liking so I told him I would like my car to have the treatment we had been using and he then informed me that we can look for someone else. I told him we will and he did offer back my money (which I took since i am paying for a service that is to my liking and not his) I did offer him some money due to he did wash our cars but he declined any money and left.
