Mike the manager is very rude, one of his employees agreed and said that’s just how he is. Unacceptable, and unprofessional. Hate that I spent money here. In response to whom ever responded; I was actually there for 12 mins to be exact, which 5-7 of those “brief”, minutes were with you Mike. I have also had service from here prior to me returning which is why I said I HATE that I spent money here. Good Luck with future customers and that poor attitude.

Holland sylvania location always great to me for 20yrs plus I absolutely don’t know what happened last visit installed a regular lightbulb in a Mercedes charged for halogen and modular fix heat stopped working in a few days Brent would like to fix as to another charge now double cost of he is at fault I strongly say go see his brother Jeff at perrysburg location Brent will lose all company trucks to work on I can’t believe this

I love Mytee. I've been taking my vehicles there for over 25 years. They tell you right off the top what the problem is,and it's always a reasonable price. They don't break anything on your vehicle in order for you to take it back like Midas or Tuffy. They are honest and I will always return to Mytee.

I know absolutely nothing about cars I'm the guy that makes the funny noises trying to mimic my car to the mechanic thinking that they'll know what's wrong by my horrible imitations but they were very reasonably priced and even serviced my tire issue once completely for free when they could have charged me for several things if they were out for the all mighty dollar. It just shows they aren't out to take you to the cleaners like some other places I have been that try and charge high dollar for services u didn't necessarily need.
