Had a trunk lid replaced and they did a great job. Also, because of the name Chúng, I assume the guys would be Chinese which they could be but they had a Caribbean accent and dark skin. Doesn’t matter either way, they did a great job.

Chung did excellent work on my car. Someone hit my car and drove away. My son took my car to Chung.. He changed the bumper and side panel in a timely manner and very reasonable price.. I have been going to N & C Chung Auto Body Repair for years and have never been let down. Neville and Andrew are both reliable and always get the job done. There are some body shops that take advantage of a female bringing in their vehicle for service but I have never had an issue with this shop. They have proven to me that they are caring and courteous gentleman. I needed work done on my vehicle and I needed it done quickly. I called Neville up and he ensured that my vehicle was fixed expeditiously without any problems. If you need a machanic shop, this shop is the way to go. I am particular and very selective on where I take my vehicle so believe me you won’t be disappointed.

Great service! N & C Chung is a great repair shop, I have had them do extensive body work for me after being in an accident and if you see my car today you would not even know it was in an accident. The work was excellent. Neville is such a good person, he explained everything to me and as I woman, not knowing a lot about cars, I felt very comfortable with him. I''ve been to other repair shops and felt like they were just trying to get my money but with Neville at N& C Chung I felt he was very honest and upfront with me, if it didn't need repairing he didn't say it was needed. He has also done oil changes, electrical work and many other things for not only my car but my entire family. I recommend Neville to all my family and friends.

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this body shop for over twenty years. Neville and Andrew became close to me like family. They are very reliable, courteous and always get the job done in a timely fashion. I recommend all of my friends and family here and they treat everyone the same. Their prices are reasonable and consistent. There were times when I thought I needed more work to be done on my vehicle and Neville would inform me that it did not require that much in order to save me money, where as another body shop would have tried to get over on me. They go above and beyond at N & C Chung Auto Body Repair.

AVOID THIS SHOP, they have done unprofessional work to my car. There are paints in the crevices of the car and the paint does not match the original one. Please spend the extra money to take it to a good shop and not a sketchy shop like this. Do not do business with someone who’s unprofessional and 1) cannot meet deadlines then 2) gives you terrible work

N&C is the first body shop I called and the experience has been nothing but smooth. I wanted to repaint my bumper, it is finished within 24hr and my car looks brand new now. The price is so reasonable and the owner is so nice… I feel glad this is the neighborhood body shop we have.

Incredible work on my 2011 Lexus GS450H. I came in to fix some poorly done body work from some greasy guys on Craigslist. Problem areas were front bumper, multiple dents, scratches, etc. across the body, loose quarter panel, misaligned headlights, etc. The guy I spoke to (Neville) even reinstalled some parts the clowns from Craigslist left out, which required removing both fenders, as well as helping properly re-align my headlights so the panel gap wasn't so huge. Great work all around. EDIT: Removed 1 stars because I just noticed they left major plastic panels on the bottom of my vehicle improperly installed, and nearly caused an incident while on the highway. One of the panels partially came off and started scraping against the road, forcing me to get off and repair it with duct tape. Panel is destroyed from the damage. Disappointing because other than that they did an excellent job, but very poor workmanship on putting everything exactly back where it belonged.
