I have been going here for years, and have recommended it to many people. This is a family operation, and although it looks chaotic, the quality of work is excellent, and they really care about their customers. They also do first class work for very fair price.

I’ve been debating on leaving this for a minute but the more I sit back and think about it I was not treated fairly. So I’m going to explain in great detail my experience, it’s long but I’m over it. They only worth the 1 star bc I had a 2007 Toyota Camry and it needed some work (mechanical issues I think it was some type of pump and hose) this was approximately 5 years ago or so. I took it to them and had absolutely no issues they were great. Fast forward to 3 years or so later. I got a brand new car at the end of 2020. I got hit while parked at work in the middle of 2021. The damage looked minimal but with it being a new car the estimate was just over $5k. Part of it being a headlight that was $875 alone, keep that in mind. So I decided to go with them because they were close to my house and had good ratings on here 5 stars actually. Also I’m all about supporting local! I dropped my car off (May 10, 2021) for about 3 weeks or so and got the call it was finished. I picked it up (May 29, 2021) and went straight to six flags to meet my family that was in town. My brother points out how the paint looked, which was like someone spray painted it. There were bubbles in the paint and you could see where they taped it off. Then upon further inspection, it was the same exact headlight and they clearly didn’t replace it. You can still see the scuff on it from when I was hit and the spot under the light on the opposite side I was hit on the plastic fell off. I called the store and this was during Covid, so I wasn’t having any luck. I hurt my ankle badly and was on crutches. I couldn’t get up there, so I emailed and finally got an email back asking me to stop by. I stopped by thinking I was going to just drop it off and he pretty much looked at it for 2 secs and told me he’d have to order the parts that everything was on back order from Covid stuff was delayed. I called a couple times, but have never heard back from them. I probably should have just went up there, but I don’t know much and have major anxiety about things like this. Especially bc it should have been done right the first time and they expressed to me multiple times they’d contact me when the parts got there. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to keep having to contact them. Now here I am with moisture in my headlight and it now flickers. My brother begged to go up there for me bc this was my first brand new car that I worked so hard for, it’s very disheartening. I strongly dislike confrontation and they didn’t make me pay my deductible. Now I see why. Wishing I would have spoken up for myself. Sooooo currently irritated and beating myself up about to spend my own money on a headlight now, so that’s fun. So long story short if you need mechanical work they might be the spot, but as far as calling themselves an auto body shop idk about that.

Great people, just don’t trust their warranty process. They put a bad alternator on my car and it went out about a year later and refused to honor the warranty.

Nader & Sons is the best shop in the St. Louis area. They take the time to explain issues in plain terms and are up front with cost and repair timeline - which are always affordable and reasonable. Despite always being extremely busy, they take the time to warmly greet all customers and ask how they've been. Truly a family-feeling environment. Auto repair is complex and difficult work - that they put in extra effort and provide amazing customer service is above and beyond. Thanks Nadar family!

Mookie always gets me right. Be patient with this family owned business and they’ll get you right too! I have no problem giving them my business. Would recommend as long as you don’t mind dropping your car off. Very affordable prices as well.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Whenever you call and ask when is best to come in they never give a time just a day of the week and once you come you’re sitting for hours waiting on the mechanic to come. I was told to come this morning at opening after trying to get in for weeks and I’ve been sitting for 2 hours waiting on the one guy that works on cars to come in. None of the other employees knows when he’ll be in. All the work is over charged. This is my second time dealing with this shop only because they replaced my brake calipers and axel a year ago only for it all to need replacing again but I have a warranty on the parts with them. If you want your car fixed in a timely matter with open communication on what’s going on with reasonable prices DONT COME HERE!

These guys are outright genuine and very friendly, I was amazed how they let me park my car in their lot for weeks without even charging me a dime. They also referred me to some great car shops that would get me a good transmission job. If you have car problems or issues come and see these guys, if they can’t fix it they will tell you and refer you to the best shops around town.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. We were visiting St. Louis for a few days and my car died on our last night there. We picked a shop blindly based only on them being open on Saturday. They said they'd try to get it in. We had to check out of our rental in the morning so we had to just take the car in and hope that it could get done. It ended up being a bad starter, and they got it fixed and us on the road before noon, on Saturday, with no notice. Reasonable price that I was happy to pay to avoid what could have been a terribly inconvenient situation for my family. They even thought they overcharged me and stopped me from leaving so we could sort it out.

I’m so happy to have found honest, reliable, inexpensive mechanics in the city. I’ve taken two cars to Nader and Son’s in the past couple months and had great experiences both times. I’m planning to go here for all future car repair needs. The first time, I brought my car in with engine issues. They figured out what was wrong, found an active recall on part of my engine, and saved me thousands of dollars by encouraging me to call the dealership instead of getting it fixed there. They charged me nothing for this, and now my car is getting a new engine for free. The second time, they worked hard to try to find used parts/keep costs low to fit my budget. The total cost was a few hundred dollars less than expected from online estimates, and repair was done well. Trustworthy, reliable mechanics. Highly recommend.

These guys are honest hardworking mechanics with pride in their family business. They also charge fair prices. Not sure if they advertise this but you can ask them to do a state inspection while your car is serviced on other things like maintenabce and repairs

They always do the difficult work on my vehicle that other shops won’t do. Even got me in and out when the Kia Boyz broke my back window and tore up my steering column. They work with insurance and do professional work with a small shop feel where you can talk/do biz with the owners. Love the Nader guys!!

Great if you have an older car and are on a tight budget. They are very fair and only fix what needs fixing. It may take longer to get to your car than at other places because they're very busy.

This place is the best! Most honest and reasonable priced mechanics I've dealt with. I wish they would answer their phone, but I know theyre busy. They fixed my car for a quarter of the price Firestone wanted to charge me and I got to support a local business at the same time. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Keep up the good work guysii!

This is my favorite and only place to go! Every single car that I’ve had they’ve worked on. Even my new Jeep they work on that too. I just love them and how family oriented they are and how they treat everyone else like family. They may crack a joke or two but they’ll get the job done! They are very honest as well. They are the best. Thank you all for your amazing and genuine service. We love you guys!

My recent experience at Nader & Sons Inc left me utterly disappointed and appalled by the extreme lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior. I was deeply disturbed and outraged by the shocking racism and discrimination exhibited by the owner.(who usually does body repairing)-image- From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes from the owner who was being recist . Instead of providing assistance, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves, ignoring my presence and my inquiries about my car. Firstly, the communication from the staff was severely lacking. I was not kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and every time I called for an update, I was met with vague responses or told to call back later. This lack of transparency made me feel like they were not taking my concerns seriously. Furthermore,(took 3-4 weeks-, but told me it will be done in 10 days max.) when I finally got the call to get my car back, all of a sudden he qas asking for unreasonable $xxxx , the quality of the workmanship was subpar. Not only were the repairs incomplete, but there were also new issues (Radar cruise control is not working anymore for my 2022 honda pilot) that arose after the service. It's evident that proper attention to detail was not given, and I'm now left dealing with additional problems that should have been addressed during the initial visit. To make matters worse, the pricing was unreasonable considering the shoddy workmanship and lack of satisfactory service. I felt like I was being way overcharged for a job that was not done correctly and never fixed. Overall, my experience was frustrating and left me feeling extremly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for reliable and competent service for their vehicle.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars to the team at Nader and Son. From the moment I called, they went above and beyond to help. The A/C broke down on my 2007 chevy and it was screeching like crazy. Stacy who answered the phone, asked me some questions and knew right away what the problem was. I was so impressed by her level of knowledge and professionalism which was a huge relief. Within 24 hours my car was ready plus they even fit us in for an inspection. These guys work tirelessly in the blistering heat to get you back on the road safely and do it all with a smile. I can’t express my gratitude for this place enough. Nice people, honest and competent. So glad I found them!
