Brought my 2016 Jetta S that was in a accident, In for an alignment. Before it felt like the car was pulling to the side slightly as I drove. After the alignment she feels great and havnt felt it pulling anymore. Should I have need for another alignment in the future i,Il be sure to come back to Fred's.

I've been taking my vehicles to Fred's since I purchased my first car, there's something to be said about having a repair shop you can trust they know you by name and you know they have your back. Being a customer of there's for over 10years I truly value their approach to repairs not only do they inspect your vehicle when you have it serviced they also give you advice on what repairs will be needed in the future and about how long or how many more miles you can go before taking care of the issues. They're all about preventative maintenance in order to prevent a catastrophic failure that'll have you talking to the bank. So if you need a place you can trust Fred's is definitely the shop to go to. The knowledge, the people, the equipment, are most importantly strong morals.

Todd (Owner) is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. He's extremely knowledgeable in all areas of vehicle maintenance and service. Ive been using his shop for years for all my vehicles and have never had any problems. If something doesn't work, he will figure out why and what it will cost. It is difficult as a woman to not feel like you're being talked down to and not being taken at most auto repair shops. Todd and staff tells you like it is with no frills. They always err on the side of caution with what they recommend, but I'd rather be cautious and keep my car running well beyond the 100,000 mile mark. I will always take any car I own there and recommend them without reservation to family and friends.

Several friends recommended Fred's when I unfortunately had a back power window breakdown, of course, on a Friday afternoon. I had called several places, even one who supposedly specialized in automotive windows and glass repairs, but they were unavailable. Most places just didn't seem interested and said, 'we don't do that type of repair work', or 'we can't get to it until later next week'. So, I called Fred's and was prepared to be told the same as the other places. But despite their workload, they genuinely wanted to help me out! They instructed me to protect the opening from the elements, and had me bring it on Monday. Once I arrived on Monday, they moved it into the garage, and it was repaired by early Tuesday! Then a couple of months later, the driver's auto power window failed, window down, can't close it, and this time it's 100 degrees out! I called Fred's and they said bring it right over! This time they had to order a part, so I left the car, and the next day before noon they had it fixed! Additionally, I had purchased new hydraulic lifts for my trunk, which had broken months before, and they even installed them for me! Both times the service was superior to other places I have patronized in the past. Additionally, Todd and others are friendly and very courteous. I am so very pleased with Fred's! I continue to recommend this place and I will not take my cars anyplace else! Thanks so much!

Todd is a great mechanic and very friendly. Recently bought a car from the shop and he has been very accommodating with keeping it running in good working condition despite us getting into an accident. Very honest mechanic would recommend him to anyone looking for solid repairs or just a tune up. This shop has saved me time and time again while keeping me in the loop and explaining each part in detail in terms that are very understandable to a person with little to no car experience. Took my 2009 VW Tiguan to Fred's Auto Repair on Tuesday morning due to check engine light on and EPC light turning on and off and my car would be stalling and I needed to turn it off because gass pedal wouldn't respond to pressing it every time EPC light was on. I can only say that the service on my car is fantastic and the price is really good. I am happy that I finally found Fred's Auto Repair because I will continue to be their customer! I would likely use this place again because the service was good and they seemed really nice. But no one called to tell me what my car needed and okay the price with me before they did the work. They just did it and then called me and told me what I owed. It caught me off guard

I do most work on my cars so when I take my car for specialty work I do my homework and find the best, Fred's was just that THE BEST and there price, well I was expecting to pay double what I did. Great job
