9/29/2025 Once again, this shop is the best place to bring your car for maintenance and repairs. They have kept our 2001 Echo running perfectly, always tell the truth about what is needed, never recommend what is not needed, friendly and helpful on the phone. They just replace our air filter, flushed the cooling system, changed the oil plus a comprehensive inspection that we trust. Great job. Great crew!

I take all my cars/trucks to Network Automotive Service Center. I am knowledgeable in car repairs. I have replaced engines and have done a lot of repairs myself. Due to injuries and time constraints I began having them do a lot of vehicle repairs/maintenance. Of course it costs more not doing it myself, but their quality of work and dependability have been great. They are very honest and work quickly.

Talk about customer service.. wow just wow Network Automotive is absolutely the best. I do not live in the East Valley I live 45 miles from this side of town and it was had to be that the good Lord put them in my path because my wheel bearing went out on my car I pulled in did not have an appointment they took care of me I was in and out within 2 hours. Brent was absolutely fantastic it seems as though good customer service is extremely hard to find these days but not here not at Network Automotive thank you thank you thank you for saving my booty on the opposite end of town from where I live. I will be driving the 45 miles from my house back to your shop if I ever need anything because I 100% trust you and was beyond satisfied with your customer service and great pricing!

We've had the unfortunate pleasure of trusting Network with 2 vehicles in the last few months. Our truck needed a new motor, which is the worst news to get. Another vehicle had a persistent oil leak. We called around to compare prices at other places. Network was similar or cheaper than the other 3 places we called. I appreciate them offering a cash discount. I have never felt like they are upselling me. In fact, they charged our AC for free since we've spent so much money with them recently! Appreciate how quickly they can get us in and back on the road. Definitely recommend.

I have been using Network Automotive for 10 years and my family has been using them much longer! I have always experienced kind, friendly and honest feedback from them. I like to wrench on my own stuff but the things I can't do I bring to these guys! This past weekend I brought in my 2003 F-150 for a check up on the alignment and they provided me with a list of what was causing my steering wobble at no charge! I also brought in my 2018 F-150 that I lifted that morning with 35" tires and they got it all back in spec 2 hours before my appointment!

The most important things to me is Truth and Trust. I just moved to Mesa and Discount Tire referred me to Network Automotive Service Center for an oil change and I was extremely pleased with their service and care with the oil change and their report on 'what to keep an eye on'. I just took my Jeep there thinking I may have a gas leak. They throughly checked and found no problems there or anywhere else that would cause concern. It's most likely I filled the tank a couple of clicks beyond where it automatically stops. I agree, because I did that sometimes. I learned a good lesson and didn't have a Jeep repair bill. Truth and Trust is the most important thing to me. I have made Network Automotive Service Center my go to place for my 2011 Jeep with under 40,000 miles.

These guys are phenomenal. My family goes to the one downtown, I go to this shop. I just got my Jeep in January, and took it to them for an oil change and a bulb out. It took. 2 1/2 hours (I'm assuming parts), which is quick. They were definitely busy. Upon dropping the vehicle off, Justis asked if I had my punch card, and I said no. When going to pick it up and pay, he said he changed the bulb himself since they were busy, and only charged me for the oil change. It's the old fashioned service like this that for as long as I'm in Arizona, nobody will touch my car but these guys.

First experience there was about two months ago when I had a damaged lug stud repaired, which was done very quickly. Second repair was yesterday 10082024 when I had to have the axle replaced on the left front of my 4x4 pickup. I called about 8:15, and they said drop it off, so I dropped off around 8:25. It was done and ready to go around 11:00 and it was done perfectly. Very clean shop, great office people, and technicians are spot on and quick!!

A buddy of mine recommended this shop to me and I owe him a huge thank you for helping me find this gem. Justis managed to get me an 8am appointment for the following day to come in and have my suspension and steering components inspected. They pulled my truck in promptly and 45 minutes later had the issue diagnosed with an estimate ready to go. I opted to wait while they did the repair on my outer tie rod end and 90 minutes later they had my truck buttoned up. Didn’t try to sell me on any BS I didn’t need, and charged me a very fair price for the parts and labor. These guys were friendly, communicative, honest, and extremely accommodating. They really know how to run a shop and it’s no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews on here.
