I had a project 05 mini cooper that had the head blown and I needed a new engine swap, needed the spindle, new compressor, new radiator and fan assembly, needed new shifter linkage, new clutch, new power steering pump, all fluids transmission ect needed to be changed, new hoses, and many other parts were freshly installed. Had called many numbers at 1st and they gave me insane quotes and thank God I came across NAC called them once and J answerd very professional and polite helped me right away gave me a quote that was in my budget it really seemed to good to be true but they said they would work with my budget and provide a courtesy tow to thier shop the next morning. I'm extremely happy with this shop and thier services made me feel at home would always give me updates on my project car and this is now my go to shop my car is up and running strong low mileage engine with icy cold A/c thanks to J and the mechanic technicians at NAC. Highly recommended 👌

Listen 🤦🏻‍♀️ Disaster! I had to rescue my friend from this place that she went to for an “oil change” she saw on Groupon! Scam artist to the fullest as the pulled all her good parts out and replaced them with “new parts” smh was nothing wrong with her car till after she left this place. What they will do is mess something up, THEN suggest you fix what they messed up, they never even showed her the messed up parts, those magically disappeared. They lied about a lot as well, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING HERE! You’ve been warned you can fact check all my reviews Essie no lie!

Great team, understanding, affordable, experienced, knowledgeable in domestic imported vehicles & honest which is hard to find. March 2025 update; have a few pricy things to be done $$$$. Solid turn around time. Had a human error occurred on my end with charging the wrong cards… these guys humbly understood the situation and gave me the time come back and take care of payment… customer service at 7 stars. I need to speak to the owner of this shop about the way I was treated. I had a part to be replaced a shift gear module and I got a quote for a price so when I got the part I came back and I was quoted a price that was a lot different from the price I was quoted before. Francisco did not want to replace the part for the cheaper price I was already quoted by a previous manager and his excuse was its gonna take him two days to take the part out and replace it when this job takes about 10 minutes to do. When I explained that to them they said oh yes its not gonna take that long and they switched the part out for me in about a hour. When I got in my car I noticed my shift gear knob had been damaged like he tried to detach it the wrong way. I went back and told him he damaged my knob. I wasn't loud I didn't cuss and I was still being nice like I always am because I am not a mean person. They bought me the part and told me they can't put it on for me. Really anyone who got their part damaged would ask him why he did that I never got loud with them or anything. All of this is because Daniel or Francisco seemed like they had a issue with how much the previous manager quoted me for the job and for them to say I was talking down to him that is crazy I was being nice so they can fix what they did. Research your repairs before you let them work on your car because they would have got me out of a lot more money if I wasn't smart enough to research before I got the work done. I went up there 2 times when they were telling me its gonna take a long time to take the center console out trying to make me pay more when I already knew it was a quick job. They finally did it on the third try when I pulled up the video showing it only take 10 minutes to do and that's why he damaged my knob intentionally like he used something to pry it when he knew how to take it off because he took it off right in front of me.

Scammers , came in for an oil change the guy told me I need my whole rack and pinion done . I left I didn’t have the money for it at the time . A week later I call back I ask how much would it be for it too fix he (Daniel) told me 900 dollars cuz I was gonna actually get the part because it’s was like 600$. But 900 is too much for labor I went and got a second opinion from a guy who has the same car as me . He jacked my car up and told me the only thing that was wrong was the sway bar and cv axel . I told him they said it was bad the shop he said it was just fine no leaks or anything . He changed everything in a hour the cv axel and sway bar car drives just fine feeling even better I didn’t let my self get scammed out of labor I didn’t need.

This was my first time coming here and i am extremely happy with the level of service. I went to other shops and they were charging over $80 for an oil change. Their prices are reasonable but the way they ensured that i was getting the service that i needed is what i appreciated the most. I would def recommend them to anyone if you are looking for a family owned business that are quick, efficient, affordable, and friendly

I highly recommend!!! Daniel helped me save $$$ on my car engine issue! Better than my lousy and dishonest Hyundai Car Dealer. For sure !! The repair was quick and speedy plus a year warranty 👍🏼 Their receptionist, Cynthia is so helpful, friendly and professional. She even stayed beyond closing time to further assist me! I'm telling you , she knows car like a mechanic! Lol Their mechanic even came out and helped clarify running the car further for the smog check . Thank you!! I couldn't ask for more .

DON'T TRUST THESE CROOKS! Got their Groupon for my daughter, the tech said she needed brakes "ASAP" and a transmission flush. Got a second opinion, and her brakes have 70% life left on them and her transmission fluid is perfect. How many other people did they lie to to make money? Unethical and unprofessional, steer clear

I do not recommend this facility one bit because the lies about unnecessary needed work is real. They took a video under the car saying the rack and pinion is bad and that will be $900 labor. The video was quick and seconds and did not show said rack and pinion. After seeking second opinion it was proven the rack and pinion was just fine . Highly unethical. This was my second and last visit. To think it all started with me using a Groupon oil change.

I definately says aviid this shady shop. Just look at their property and that says it all. Junk everywhere. They dont come off as honest. When asking about repairs or a service, they simply throw a number off the top of their head. Im a senior and I beleive they were trying tontake advantage of me

FINALLY!!!! An honest MECHANIC family owned and operated local mechanic NEVADA AUTO CENTER !!! They have 5 locations, the location I went to was so convenient, 12 minutes from my home. W well let me start by saying I was greeted by a very nice respectful young man by the name of Alan. I had a Groupon for an oil change and a 32 point inspection. I am hesitant about taking my car to ANY mechanics here anymore due to being lied to by each and every one of them and ripped off!! Well not here!! They were amazing, Jerry did the oil change and 32 point inspection. When he was done I was sent both text and email a video detailing and showing what did not pass the inspection and needed to be repaired. Alan gave us time to review everything then he personally took the time to explain everything as we watched the video together. ( he didn’t know this at the time, I already knew it had an oil leak and exactly where it was, and I kind of thought I knew what needed to be replaced, I was wrong on that part.) so I knew he was being honest. He addressed every issue I was having. Jerry even came and explained and showed me physically what needed to be done and gave me cheaper options to try first. I was so appreciative of him trying to save me money, especially now days. So we came up with a plan and started to put it into motion today! At an amazing price for everything I need done, which let me tell you is alot and I knew it was going to be! THANK YOU SO MUCH THE GUYS ALAN AND JERRY OF NEVADA AUTO CENTER!! So if your looking for an honest local family owned auto repair shop this is the place to go in my opinion! Thanks again guys see you soon!!
