Their customer care and attention to detail in the repair of my car after being rear ended at a stoplight was professional and complete. Felt really great about the service here. My car had a scratch from a driveway mishap they were able to fix in a day. Phew, these ‘minor’ scratches are not always so easy but they got it done quick and very fairly priced, plus gave my car a car wash and interior refresh too (thanks!). My husband also brought his car in for a scratch they fixed up too. Jon and Taylor were great and pros. My husband has brought a car there in the past for more complicated body work with an insurance claim and it was handled perfectly. No complaints, always fair and this is how it should be.

I have been here numerous times and I almost had a great experience. My most recent repair did not go so well. It took them more than twice as long as they said it would, and when I picked my car up, they hadn’t addressed several items outside of my claim that they said they would fix, at my expense. I was happy to pay for the add-one so that everything could be addressed at the same time. The only option I had was to bring it back for that work, forcing me to rent a car at my expense or being without my car for another several days over a couple of small scratches.

New central auto body has been my families and friends premier auto body shop for over 30 years. Some of its employees have been there since that time when we first moved here. They once completely repaired a jeep grand Cherokee that we flipped in 3 times. It was totaled but the engine was fine. They fixed the entire body of the car. It was nuts that we had it fixed but my Dad loved the thing. They have since fixed a huge array of cars from my families Mercedes and Porsches.. classic cars. They have the means and the capabilities for any make any car look new. They’re 100% fair and friendly! Should you have auto body needs this is a place you can trust
