I have upgraded two of the Low beam headlights on Dec 2023. I went to this shop thinking that they will do a better job other than just replacing the halogen light to LED. I talked them all my needs and they suggest me they have a good LED bulb for my suburban and it will come with a one year warranty. Once I replaced the bulbs, it is not as good as the halogen lights I had. And the left side bulb burnt in three months. So I went back to the shop and they replaced it without any problem. However they didn’t have a good answer for the low quality of the bulbs. I gave them an example that few of my friends bought this lights very cheap like $10 from TEMU and it never burns out although the quality is low like theirs . After three months the same bulb burnt out again, and I went back. He replaced it again but the right side bulb were too low as compared to the left side. He said he will change it both sides with a recently upgraded bulb and promised me I won’t have a problem for a long time. At the same time he told me my warranty is voided as of now as they already upgraded to a newer version. I was mad but I kept my self silent thinking that I have only six month for my warranty to expire and hoping the newer version will be ok at least for the next six months . Guess what ? With in two months the right side bulb burnt again!!! Now it is not worthy to go back and argue with them. They knew they did it wrong. I could buy their bulbs cheap from TEMU or Amazon and I can replace myself. I had a group of more than 75 drivers waiting how the upgrade works for me so they were ready to upgrade their own. No need to pay $209 dollar for this low quality bulbs . I’m checking the state of Texas if my 8.5 sales tax is paid to the state and I’m ready to report the BBB as now one should be robbed again .

So, I swapped my Cadillac CT5 for a Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L because of my travel and the costs. I wanted something like the Bose system, and they did a great job. I got the kickers, and they changed all the speakers. The sound is awesome. I'm thinking of going back for more stuff.

Great service! When I called to ask about my car I spoke with Jimmy(owner) he clearly defined what work they can do for me, price and hours of work it will require. Very transparent and reasonable When I arrived dealt with Alex he is very friendly and efficient, he finished work earlier and provided great service. I have stayed at their living room where they have snacks and TV so wait time went seamlessly I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, they will be honest and transparent with you and will fix your car in no time Thank you to Alex and Jimmy!
