Absolutely horrible service… I purchased a new Volkswagen Jetta in September 2024 with 24 miles. The brakes begin to squeak a little after the 1st week of purchase. I have been to the dealership twice and I’ve called 5 times and keep being told that’s just how Volkswagen cars are made. Why would you guys knowingly sell me a car with bad brakes? I am scared every single day driving this car. I’m devastated and feel totally taken advantage of.
