The reviews speak for themselves but I'll say something anyway. I had some hail damage and decided to contact Presto Dent Repair b/c of the reviews and I could not have been more satisfied. Preston is super nice, and super professional. There was a time or 2 I texted him and he insisted on calling me later on when he had time so he could give me more detailed information. He helps you with the insurance process, meets you at car rental and the car looks as good as new when done! 5 stars! Should I need PDR in the future, I'll be back and I will recommend to family and friends.

I purchased my car less then a month ago and ended up with a door ding. I reached out to a few people and they all told me that because the dent was on the body lining, it may be a difficult job and is not guaranteed. I stumbled upon Presto Dent while searching on google. I left a message and Preston immediately returned my call. He told me to take some pictures of the dent, send them over and he would call me back in 15 mins with a quote. Preston was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our conversation. I mentioned to Preston that my car was still under warranty. Preston asked for my dealership’s information, took the initiative to reach out to them and communicated and handled the issue directly with them. The best part is Preston will make arrangements to come to your home and repair the dent without you having to take it anywhere else. It took about an hour and my car was back to looking brand new again. Not only was the repair fast, but he did an excellent job on my car! From past experiences with my other vehicle, I am always hesitant of taking my car in for any maintenance or repair due to coming back with other issues or others not treating my vehicle with care. With Preston, you can tell he takes pride in his work with his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Preston to anyone! I wish I could rate him more than a 5 for his professionalism and top-notch customer service. Thank you again, Preston!

Reached out to Preston the owner concerning a small dent on the hood of my vehicle. He took the time over the phone during the holidays to explain the entire process and got me set up with an appointment for him to take a look in person at the dent. After meeting and talking and taking a look I could tell right away his level of professionalism and his knowledge was top tier and much better than the other businesses that I had visited. I have a February 1 appointment set up for the repair, I will update the review once complete I expect a great repair job and overall excellent experience. Updated 2/16/24 If I was able to give 10 stars I would Preston went above and beyond and communication due to some unforeseen circumstances had to reschedule the appointment but it was well worth the wait. Cannot even tell the dent was on the hood it looks amazing and would definitely go back highly recommend Preston and his team do not hesitate Amazing job! In addition I had quotes from other locations within the Plano area and they were $800 more as well as stating that they would have to strip the whole hood and repaint everything. I feel that Preston is very honest and wants to make the customer happy and put you first!

Awesome, I couldn’t recommend this business more. I have a moderate amount of experience with all-encompassing auto work from detailing to mechanic service. Let me just say, there’s a reason this place is so busy! Anyone looking for an end-to-end top notch experience, just give Presto Dent Repair a call. The owner Preston was incredibly personable and offered some of the best customer service and I’ve ever had with any auto service. Communication is essential for services like this, and you will NOT be disappointed here. Friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable. The PDR was amazing as expected. I wanted to make sure my standards would be met, and Presto Dent Repair exceeded them. You can’t tell in the photo but this door edge dent was GNARLY (look at the long warping all along the edge on either side of the dent). Preston fixed it right up same day and was able to accommodate me running an hour late. With edge repair, the seam sealant gets chewed up but Preston had it covered and looking fresh, paint and all. I am seriously so impressed with this place, I will 100% be coming back for any dents and dings that I wouldn’t try tackling myself. 10/10 The price is right, service is impeccable, you will not regret it y’all!
