This review is well deserved, Thanks to Adjustable Auto Body Repair they have my vehicle back up and running I was involved in a major car accident on the rear end of my vehicle, These guy's are great can't explain the care and help that these guy's put in on helping me get my vehicle fixed and helped me deal with the insurance company thank you for your patience and understanding. I was traveling to dallas for my friend to get a car. We were on the highway, i ran over something that destroyed my tire, and we ended up out front of this shop. Stranded, starter panicking and the owner Angelo came out, lended me a jack to get the tire off and he gave me a ride to a tire shop to get it repaired and back on my car to get me on way. If you’re looking for help or repair in the area, they care about not only your vehicle, but the people who own them. 10/10 recommend. Angelo you’re a real one, thank you so much.

I had been burned in the past with untrustworthy auto shops, especially as a female, but he made sure to fix it quick, waived my deductible, and sent an Uber to pick me up!! They couldn’t even match paint. I took in my wife’s car for a door ding, the door is a completely different shade of red now. They also managed to break other components in her mirror assembly which I had to take elsewhere to get fixed. Go elsewhere.

Angelo did an amazing job taking care of my truck, I went to about 4 different body shops to get an estimate for some scratch and paint damage that happened. Every body shop I went to never mentioned to me about the deductible but nick did and it was very helpful would strongly recommend adjustable auto body repair in Richardson. He will also drive you over to enterprise across the highway to make sure you get the right rental. Highly recommend coming here.
