Im 22 yrs old looking at a widebody charger and I asked them to take the 7k dealer add ons and Never has a dealership wrote on a piece of paper “you are looking at the wrong car” and when questioned who or why it was written no one took accountability or responsibility for it.

I will no longer do business here. The service center is way to slow, probably understaffed. Twice I have made appointments, only to wait 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Each time the staff are very friendly and apologetic for the slow service. I will no longer allow this service center to waste my time and find it very disappointing that after purchasing a new vehicle I'm treated this way.

Slow. So slow. Oil change and tire rotation will take 2+ hours. Anything else, no matter how small, just leave your car there and move on with your life. Update: they didn’t put the lug nuts on my spare tire after the tire rotation and so it went flying off when I drove away. These people can’t be trusted with a simple tire rotation. I won’t be trusting them to ever touch my Jeep again.

They will rip you off. They reset the used cars check engine light. So after you purchase the car 50 miles later you have a problem and make you pay for it act like you did it. And it was not disclosed in the purchase. Most crooked car stealer ship ive ever been to. And they make you pay for warranty and warranty some reason don't cover the check engine light huh go figure.

I needed to REVIEW Richardson Dodge. I wanted to blast them about poor customer service, but it looks like everyone else already has. They owe me an oil change that I paid for and refused to honer their end. I'm probably going to have my attorney send them a letter demanding a refund. Or I might just tell everyone to not trust the manager behind the service counter. I've purchased 3 Ram Trucks from this dealer. I will no longer do business with them.

“I had an appointment at this service center today at 12:00 PM, arriving at 11:55 AM. I waited in the service bay for about 10 minutes, and during that time, two other customers arrived and were greeted promptly, while I was completely overlooked. Thinking that maybe the process was different, I went inside the service center and waited another 10 minutes. During this time, several service advisors walked past me without acknowledging me at all. I eventually left without any service. This was extremely disappointing, and I hope the management can review their security footage to see what happened. I expected much better customer service.”

People were friendly, was given a loaner vehicle but was not told that there was going to be two charges on my card immediately. I understand the reason why but was not expecting it and was not told the amount that they were going to charge or that there would be two seperate charges. This would've been four stars except that I'm having to come back for something they supposedly fixed less then two months ago.
