I’ve been a loyal customer of North Central Ford for many years and have purchased six vehicles from them. The level of professionalism and care I’ve always received keeps me coming back — and a big part of that is thanks to Andrew Carr, my service advisor for over 10 years. Recently, my truck had a major issue — the timing belt broke, and later we discovered the engine was beyond repair. Andrew was excellent at communicating every step of the process. He clearly explained the problem, provided detailed cost estimates, and offered several repair options. I ultimately decided to go with a full engine replacement, and Andrew made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Since I own a paint company and my truck is my only vehicle, Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I had a loaner truck for the eight weeks my vehicle was in the shop. That was a huge help and really showed his commitment to customer care. When I picked up my truck on Monday, November 10th, it was washed, ready to go, and running great. I’ve been driving it around town since, and everything seems to be working perfectly. There’s a slight oil smell here and there, but I’m confident it’s just residual from the engine replacement. No strange noises or issues so far — everything feels solid. Kudos to Andrew Carr and the entire service team at North Central Ford for another job well done. Im giving 1 star because I can't give 0. The people working there are really good. Mikah is doing the best he can. However, you need to be prepared to leave your vehicle a week for ANY repairs. It will likely sit 3 days before anyone looks at it. Mine did and this isn't the first time that has happened. I don't take my truck here unless there is no other alternative. Management absolutely doesn't care. If they did, they would change it. Instead, it is the business model.

My appointment scheduling was relatively easy and Mika was my service advisor. He was kind and thoughtful and very helpful. The environment was clean and inviting and the shuttle driver is amazingly friendly. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I didn’t realize there was a different process for having my car alarm looked at. When I asked another service advisor about it, he was a little short with me and said that I would need to drop my car off and leave it for two or three days because they were behind and then made it sound like what I was requesting might have a glib outlook.

My experience today was very good from the time I arrived to picking up my vehicle. I was greeted immediately upon arrival & taken to my appointed service advisor, Ronnie Ralph. Ronnie was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had booked the shuttle to take me home during my service & had the pleasure of Byron being my shuttle driver. He was such a safe driver and is so personable . Once my vehicle was ready i received a text with all details & was pleasantly surprised to have Byron pick me up and return me to the dealership. I had transmission issues with my seven year old F150. Even though this isn’t the closest dealership to me, this is always where I go for service. Over the years I’ve had multiple vehicles serviced here and they’ve gained my trust after other places tried to play games. I’ve dealt with Roy the last two times I’ve had services done there and he’s awesome. Good dude, and he got me a free loaner when my truck repairs were taking a bit longer than anticipated. Having a dealership that doesn’t try to take advantage of you is priceless.

I will not be coming back here again. I bought my vehicle here at this location and they salesperson recommended I bring my vehicle in for service here and I decided to do so even though its a bit of a drive for me. The first service was fine for an oild change. The second service I waited over 4 hours for an oil change. This time my vehicle was coming up due for another oil change and there was a recall. I had called before to get an idea of the recall and one person I spoke with said it was half a days work. Some days after that, I scheduled the appointment. I decided I wanted to speak with someone to get more details on the recall to make sure how much time was needed and confirm the parts to do the work. A week before the appointment I called to speak with my advisor Lorraine Smith but she didn’t answer and I left a message. A few days before my appointment I followed up with an email. I did not receive a response to either my message nor email. I still showed up to my appointment today only to find out the recall work needed 2 days and it being a Thursday morning I would most likely not be completed until Monday or Tuesday and I was going to be out of a vehicle through the weekend. They need to improve their communication.

Technically, the work performed was excellent. My technician, Andrew, was very helpful—he fit me in a week early and successfully resolved a suspension noise and a steering pull on my 2022 Expedition Timberline. The alignment report he provided was detailed and showed exactly what needed fixing However, the overall customer experience needs improvement. I was initially quoted a high diagnostic fee for a simple lubrication job, and there was an attempt to sell a coolant flush that isn't due for another 50,000 miles. Additionally, the shuttle service was extremely slow, which made the logistics of the day difficult. I appreciate the quality of the repair, but the pricing transparency and convenience factors make this a 3-star experience.

I’ve only taken my car in for service so far and I chose North Central Ford honestly because my car couldn’t get any further down the road. Lol However, so far I’m glad I did. I have spoken to two service managers/advisors who have both been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle and if the issues I am having could be related to a manufacturers recall. They were up front with me about the time it would take to look at the car and get a diagnosis since I did bring it in without an appointment. One gentleman even reminded me that even if the recall isn’t related I do still have a 100k mile powertrain warranty which either one will be a life saver. But we will see. From my interaction with both gentlemen I am going to assume I’ll be taken care of and would highly recommend their service department from my experience to this point. Thanks!

I wish I had done this sooner, but didn't realize my truck came with this mobile service benefit; the dealer i purchsed my 2024 Maverick from - NOT North Central Ford - never mentioned it.
