The experience at this specific repair facility is unmatched. From the smiles at the front desk, to the very helpful and professional advisors. They were very informative throughout the repair process. Prompt with updates. What more could you ask for? When it came to looking at the vehicle all done, they explained what all was done during repairs. Like nothing ever happened. Very welcoming environment as well. I highly recommend them. Sure to go back. (god forbid it happens again)

Took over 5 months for a job they quoted me at 3 weeks for. Regularly ignored my calls and texts, I had to go in person to get any kind of update. Left my headlights misaligned and my wheel's center caps loose. I had to apply adhesive to some of my seals because they were coming off. One of the panels they installed is beginning to come loose so I'm gonna have to take that in to be fixed. Last but not least, despite the fact that they claim not to sell personal information I am 100% certain they are selling my number to roofing companies.

Got the car back with water in the wheel well and trunk. Took it back and they kept the car over the weekend and when I got it back the 2nd time, the water was removed but the battery leads were not tightened and there were rivets missing. The only positive is the the service advisor was personable and the bumper was fixed properly.

Sal kept me updated through the process and even had them repaint part when he noticed an issue. he promptly let me know and kept me as up to date as possible. hopefully i never have to take my car in for repairs again but if i do i will surely be back!
