I took my suv and it has air bag suspensión that wont raise comperssor is not working and died battery they gave it back saying dont know whats wrong with it after a week later lazy staff and dont try to find the problem had to tow it back and forth

Not reliable. Battery light came on in my car and I stopped at Auto Zone to check it. AZ told me it was a bad alternator. I called a few shops around to see who was open (it was a Friday evening), this shop was open and I told them what the issue was and of they can fix it. They informed me to just pick up the alternator from AZ since I was already there. I purchased and took the alternator to this shop to replace it and it worked fine until a week later, battery light was coming back on and off. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back in. They said that they think the alternator is bad and that Auto Zone parts aren't reliable (even though it was a brand new alternator!!). However, the person who helped me the first time said that since I purchased the part myself that I would have to pay for the labor again! I told him I wish he would have told me that before I purchased it! Then he told me that AutoZone would have to reimburse me for the cost of the labor to put the new one back in. When I checked with AZ they said that that process takes a few months and that I would have to submit a letter for this issue. Long story short, I was very frustrated and wouldn't recommend going here.

this place is as good as any, but the people here are very friendly and comprehensive. i've had my car fixed there several times, My car is an O2 Jaguar. I also have a 98 ranger. I either let Them fix it or sometimes I'll tell them what I want them to do to it. I can't say I don't have to sign a waiver if it's something that I want them to do to do. but they sure will do it. And they do it right . I haven't tried to act like an overbearing type of customer yet. I hope I never do with them. I like it when there's nobody there and you can be almost the first person in line. But that doesn't happen often. Oscar and Omar seem to run the place, along with the mechanics. I love him so much.

I do not recommend this place. My last visit there was very unprofessional. They gave me my car in a worse condition than when I brought it. They only checked it, but when they put the parts back in place, they did not do it correctly, and they did not care.

I will not recommend this guy to nobody make me waste about 1200$ changing a light for my car honda pilot 2025 he charge me and he didn’t do anything. Not refunded PLEASE BE AWARE TO HIRE THIS KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT LEGIT AT ALL. ALSO MY LIGHT MAKE CIRCUITED CUT almost my car get burned in the hood with my 3 years old inside my car how can you do this to a customer this is reallly dangerous the position they put me into. I will call my lawyers

Beware of the prices they charge for spare parts; they are extremely high, more expensive than the original parts, and to make matters worse, the replacement part they install is a cheap Chinese knockoff. Chinese pieces of 100$ sell it to you for 400$
