Title: Disappointing Experience with Rude Service
I recently took my car to Fast Eddies Concierge Auto Repair Experts for a brake service, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the owner was rude and condescending, making me feel like I was a nuisance rather than a customer.
When I explained the issues I was having with my brakes, he seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than listening to them. Instead of providing a straightforward assessment, he began to upsell me on unnecessary services, claiming I needed more parts than I needed, in reality, I had just had a recent inspection at 2 other shops. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge.
Overall, I cannot recommend this shop. The lack of professionalism and integrity from the owner was shocking. Save yourself the hassle and find a mechanic who values their customers and provides honest service.

Stopped by here because my wheel nuts were loose on my car and Eddie was super down to earth and very kind to help me tighten them back on free of charge, he also explained very well as to why my car may be having that issue. I want to say that I wish there were more … great mechanics like Eddie… I have been going to him for 5 years and I live 30 minutes away!!! If you need a reliable, honest mechanic call him!!! As a female we can get taken advantage of because we are not familiar with our vehicle, we just drive it but I will continue to make the drive to anticipate the same quality and care he instilled in his work!!!
