Misleading Groupon, dishonest diagnosis Groupon for oil change was misleading as they charge you for oil disposal ($13). Then I asked if my rear rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced, I was told the rotors were warped and that the brake pads were completely gone, I told them that I would’ve heard something but they reaffirmed that this needed to be changed immediately and quoted about $500. I bought rear rotors and brakes myself and began changing it only to find that the rotors were fine and brakes still had life left, it was not as bad or urgent as they made it sound.

Terrible Experience - Went in for an oil change. Lied about a leak. The bill was over $2000. Trumped-up repairs. *** Get a second opinion. Do not except the lie. Get a second opinion. I learned the hard way.

Since I had a bad incident at J&A's, next door I came to Kwik Kar. I was so happy to know that they were able to put air in my tires......that wa's really all I needed! I told them about the incident next door, and it shook their heads. Anyway, for all the ladies out there, the manager was really nice. Every Wednesday is I believe 25% off your oil change for women only. And because of the great customer service, I will definitely be back! Oh yes, and his son, I did tip him for actually putting air in my tires, which is a proper thing to do!

My car had the check engine after an oil change from the dealership. The dealership quoted $190 for diagnosis, plus parts. Also, they the dealer said that they were overwhelmed with work and that will take time toget fixed. Instead, I went to Kwik Kar on Jupiter and Campbell and in less than 5 minutes they fixed the check engine. I am glad that I went, and I will take our vehicle from now on. I appreciate your customers service and integrity guys.

DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my car in for a check engine light and a jerking/drivability issue. I was charged about $1,100 on the first visit and told the issue was fixed. The very next day, the check engine light came back on and the car drove exactly the same. I returned and was told it was a “different problem,” which resulted in another charge of about $1,300. After three visits and nearly $2,500 spent, the original issue was never resolved. On my final visit, my car sat at the shop for two days with no work done, and I picked it up with the check engine light still on. I ultimately had to stop going back because nothing was being fixed despite repeated payments. I requested a refund due to the unresolved issue, but it was denied. I would not recommend this location.
