These guys are awesome. Bruce and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Got in a small accident; took my car to the dealership and here. They beat the dealership on price and timing by a long shot. They had the work completed in 2 days, even quicker than they estimated. Wish I would have taken a before and after picture, because you can’t tell I was in an accident at all. 10/10 would recommend.

Bruce is the Man! This is the first time I have ever had to deal with an insurance company other than my own(someone backed into me). I brought the check that ins sent me and Bruce took care of the rest. He filed for supplement to cover the entire cost to repair my vehicle @ no cost to me. My car was fixed in a timely manner back to the way it was before the accident. Thanks again Bruce.

I recently came in to their Richardson-based location to get my side mirror fixed and had a great experience! Their service was friendly, helpful and efficient - I was in and out in under 20 min and did not feel like they were trying to upsell me like at *other* cough cough shops. ALSO, there is a tiny little kitten named Biscuit that was the most adorable thing !! If you need your car fixed, I would recommend Collision Masters :)

My Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab was caught in the March 2019 hail storm that came through Fairview, Texas. It received extensive hail damage on every surface: hood, top, sides, etc. I selected Collision Masters to do the repair because of its excellent online reviews. Boy did I make the right decision. All I had to do was drop the truck off and pick it up when it was done. Shaun and his crew did a magnificent job including dealing with my insurance where the insurance adjuster was a bit "light" on what needed to be done. Bottom line is that my truck looks better than the day that I bought it (new). For me, the experience was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Collision Masters.

Excellent customer service. Both Shawn and the owner want to make sure you are happy. I had extensive damage on my 2017 Explorer Sport. Several panels replaced, painting and some custom fabrication was required. Couldn’t be happier. Avoid the big body shops. They don’t care about your needs like these guys do. Buy local and support small businesses.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got my vehicle repaired here in 2018 and they did great work. I was 100% satisfied. So of course when my vehicle was damaged again I went back. I live in Dallas and Collision Masters is located in Richardson, and there are over a dozen shops that I could have gone to that are closer to my home. But Bruce makes this process so easy and seamless, so I’ll always use and recommend him for any vehicle repairs. Thanks again for the great service :)

I highly recommend Shaun and Collision Masters. Shaun and Collision Masters got the job done in a very quick, quality, and friendly manner. Shaun gave me a quote on fixing the car with speed and accuracy. Once I got everything going on my side with my insurance company, it was as easy as dropping the car off, paying, and picking up. The estimated time of completion was exact. They gave a date and met it. I had reversed into a cement pillar (the ones that hold up parking garages). The damaged area is pristine. See the attached photos for their great work. The vehicle is a 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reserve II.

This place is the real deal. They picked up the ball with my insurance and got me rolling for a fix. I had my Honda Accord 2020 EX-L done here, and the work is immaculate. Before and after, you can not even know this car was in an accident. Thank you to Bruce and his staff for getting this done. Need to come back one more time for a touch-up dent on the door, and it's good to go. I recommend this place to anyone wanting an honest and thorough job done on their car!

I took my 2017 Toyota Camry SE in for a collision I had in the front of my car a few years ago. I had my bumper, grill, headlights, and turn signal/fog lights replaced. Well, fast forward to the present, and the headlights and fog/turn signal lights need to be replaced. I took it to Toyota for my parts, and I was told that the wiring of my lights has been switched out, and the parts I have are not Toyota parts nor aftermarket parts. I am beyond so upset bc I have reached out and no one has returned my call. I took my car to have it repaired, not tampered with the original wiring. I do not want any other parts other than Toyota OEM parts. Lesson learned- Always ask what kind of parts are being put in your car. Not Toyota parts!!! I am beyond frustrated because they won’t fix the wiring back to original! Bruce told me I need to get with Shaun and rudely hung up on me!! I am calling insurance company let them know and BBB.

I can't say enough good things about this work place. Bruce is really an excellent guy to work wih. He's honest, straightforward, and gives the best quote that won't get at any other fine workshop. Recently he did an amazing job on Toyota Sienna van, in the past he has worked on our Camery, both times the jobs were done perfectly, exactly the way we wanted. From now on, if need arises, then I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else but to Collision Masters, and I'm willing with joy to recommend others to do so as well.

Bruce is amazing!!!! The insurance company and Crash champions tried to total out my car by writing up a high repair estimate . I was referred to this shop at Collision Masters. Bruce knew within seconds that he could repair my vehicle. He was honest and very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to handle them!!! My car ended up NOT being a total!!! The insurance companies hate to see him coming. Bruce communicated well with me the whole time , my car was fixed in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with my repairs.
