Had to replace a key fob battery as it was very low. Was nervous about entering but the staff were extremely helpful in getting me to the area I needed to get to and getting the battery replaced. Price was much lower then I expected and will definitely be coming back here next time I need to change the battery.

The Service is pretty bad!!! They gave us an appt for last Monday at 9:30am, I don’t even understand why because we have to leave the truck there, we wait for 24 hours, nobody call us to let us know what is wrong with the truck. We started calling the dealer they can’t give us information, we have to speak with a specific technician which was always busy. He finally call us back after I complaint with a manager and he told me after 24h they still not knowing what’s wrong with the truck, they have to send it to another department. well that department called us today (3 days after) letting us know that just for remove the oil and SEE what is wrong with the truck we have to pay $750 and they still not knowing what is wrong with the truck!! RIDICULOUS.... never never never get service with Ford dealer it’s horrible service!!! No more Ford for us!! After this bad experience!!!!
