When I initially took my carTo AngelIt was mid-FebruaryTransmission issues, I got it back in mid-april and drove it for one week, then it began leaking transmission fluid pretty substantial leak. I took the car back and they said they would take care of it then they told me that it was something they didn't do and charged me another $1,000They told me I needed another part and they couldn't find it took them six months, I finally got frustrated and took my car to A1 TransmissionsI if you have transmission issues, I would highly recommend A1 Transmission in RichardsonThey had it fixed in 2 days

The guy is a fraud. One of my known had come here for repairs which were to be covered by his insurance. The insurance money was to come at later time. The guy charged my guy and also kept the insurance money. Total scam. Avoid at all costs!!

I was charged $185 for a sliding door diagnosis and was told the motor and cable needed to be replaced for over $1,200. I wasn’t convinced, since the motor passed all the tests and the three-beep warning seemed to be a pinch-sensor issue. They didn’t even open the door or test the sensor, and I never received a diagnosis report. I took my car to another shop, they confirmed it was just the pinch sensor. The door works perfectly after replacing it. Very unprofessional experience and definitely not recommended.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair facility. My classic car was damaged by a flatbed towing company. They sent me to Halo to have the car repaired. BIG mistake. The car was there for more than four months and the work was deplorable. I had to pay another body shop to repair their mistakes. If you use this body shop, BEWARE. They will not return your calls.
