I don’t usually go to NTB but i was in a jam and they were the closest tire shop. I went to the one in Richardson. I met Dominic. He was awesome! He was professional but funny. He explained what my issue was and told me what needed to be done. He took care of my problem. He totally changed my thoughts about NTB because I had a terrible experience at another location in Austin, Tx. But Dominic has restored my faith and I will recommend going to the Richardson location. Ask for Dominic
