Really a good exhaust made in the USA, great company HZ Motorsport amazing customer service, I don't know why people pay so much for exhaust systems because of the name, HZ should be in the big leagues like some recognized brands, here is a tip I have an IRS resonated test pipes on the Z and with this system sounds amazing , thank you for make good products HZ motorsports!

Purchased an intake for my F22 228i. Price was unbeatable, fitment was also A+, along with ease of installation. It really makes the intake come alive when compared to the muffled OEM intake assembly. For the price, there is little reason to buy elsewhere...unless the bigger names mean that much more to you on a simple intake. I highly recommend!

I purchased the Catback exhaust for my MK6 GTI from these fellas and I’m not gonna lie I was on the fence at first. Hella glad I bought it after all because it’s a great exhaust for the price. Gives you the same raspy exhaust sounds as some of these other big name brands that cost $1k. I loved the fact that these guys are across the highway only 10min away because I picked it up same day i purchased online. Definitely looking forward to doing more business with HZ Motorsport!!!

See pictures below for fitment, as per HZ Motorsports there's nothing wrong with the exhaust. They offered to take the exhaust back but I'd have to pay return shipping (not worth the trouble), but they'd chip in all of $30 if I "revised" my negative review (not even joking, that's exactly what they said in their email). Overall not impressed with HZ customer service. Initial impression was great quality in workmanship, material and welding for a dual exhaust, until I got it installed. Everything fits nicely except slight rubbing with the sway bar (no big deal), and an obvious difference from left to right exhaust tip lengths (and slight angle difference). Immediately contacted the manufacturer to see what can be done, but after 16 emails back and forth, I gave up (constant excuses from their end, "maybe your car was in a collision", "maybe you didn't install it right", "maybe the rubber hangers need adjustment", and countless other excuses) I played along and did whatever they asked for the month or two of communication (bought new hangers, brought the car back to the exhaust shop multiple times (on my dollar), just to have them say it's a manufacturing defect, which can clearly be noticed when looking at the pictures I provided them. Not once has HZ Motorsports customer service considered that maybe they might have manufactured a defective exhaust (I don't mind that it happened, it's really just the left rear muffler that's incorrect, but the fact that they offer no help and keep blaming the customer is frustrating). Very disappointed in customer service, I'll go pay an exhaust shop to fix the left rear muffler and it'll be ok. Also the exhaust note is nothing special, but it is functional.

The overpipe I bought was well made. It removes a bottleneck in the exhaust. The easiest way to remove the stock overpipe is to unbolt the engine mount and raise the engine. To install it raising the engine makes the installations breeze. Just raise it up 2 inches and the overpipe fits perfect.
