Definitely other better shops around. These guys are the type of shops that you want to avoid. Unless want to deal with getting terrible service and shady work done to your car. I had to bring my car back twice for the same issue within days and they still made me pay out of pocket additional charges.

This shop never disappoints. The mechanics are top notch. They explain everything in detail and make sure you understand the repair. I like that they will also tell you if you can wait on some of your repairs and take care of the more immediate one first. They are reasonably priced and and no up-selling. NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND WOW! If you visited in the past and had a poor customer service experience, I’d strongly encourage you to give this place another chance under the new ownership. The shop is now run by true car enthusiasts who genuinely know what they’re doing. Joe, the current owner, has been in the game for a long time and clearly knows his stuff. There’s always been a lot of potential here—it just needed the right leadership to clean things up and get it on track. Ryan is also great to work with and handles everything in a professional, welcoming manner. And for anyone who thinks this place is “too expensive,” try taking your out-of-warranty German car to the dealership—there’s a reason you came to an independent shop in the first place: to save some coin. It’s great to see this shop finally getting the attention and care it deserves, and I’m excited to watch it continue to grow and thrive under proper ownership.

Extremely happy with my experience and service i received on my car today. - offers too Uber you home & back when car is completed - **clean garage - organized - nice/comfortable waiting area - quick service - great customer service - VW parts ordered from actual VW dealership rather than some cheap random alternative Ryan was very efficient & informative when it came to checking me in and helping to describe (all) of the issues that needed repair on my car. I knew it would be a lot but he was able to answer every single question i had and didn’t brush any of them off (as a woman that tends to happen or they tell me to put my dad on the phone - this business does not brush you off). The gentlemen working in the garage seemed happy to be there, all very kind to me, and were working hard the entire time i was there. Definitely a teamwork environment as cheesy as that sounds. If there was anything like 6-STARS, German Motor Works deserves it. They are trust worthy, efficient and cost effective. They do not take you for "a ride". I can not say enough how satisfied I am with the personalized services being provided. On multiple occasions, all I had to do was to drop off my cars with Mr. Badyel, and he would return them to my house at the end of the work day. The cars would be serviced, cleaned and washed from inside-out. I highly recommend them. I will never take my cars to anywhere else. You have tried the rest, now try the best.
