Besides the oil service I was looking for a more thorough assessment of the car to see what other issues it might have. As I explained, it was my daughter’s car that had been assessed at another shop to have several problems and I wanted a second opinion. It seems your assessment was just cursory so not sure how confident to be about it.

I want to commend Sammy and his team for their honesty & quick attention in fixing my car. I had to have it towed in to his place. Turns out it was very simple fix (purge valve unplugged) which I didn’t know, and I’m sure other mechanics would’ve charged a minimum for looking at it & diagnosing. The alignment on my refurbished car had been off for a while. It was very off but they fixed it well and fast. They also solved a windshield wiper issue that ran deep. They did not give up even after the new motor that was installed did not work. They found the electrical issue and fixed it. I’ve found my new garage. I just wish I had found them sooner. Sammy is awesome and personable.

Always used dealership for maintenance, but went to NB Exon because I was frustrated with dealership always trying to upsell me and I felt their prices were unreasonable. First of all I want to say I love this place. I have been coming to this place 10+ years and will continue to be a customer. First of all I love that I have always gotten great service and great prices. I love that it’s family owned and affordable and so friendly and actually care and listen. As a female I often get intimidated and scared of mechanic shops because I feel out of place and naive. Lucky for me and many others, Sammy and his family and everybody working there have always been ready to listen and help me when I have had problems and needed service. I have gone alone and gone with my mom and even with my kids and we were always treated kindly and with courtesy. The kids even got some drinks on time we went so that was much appreciated.
